Taste not too bad…
With my sluggish immune system, I’m always looking for products that gives me a boost! And I like it when they come in a tincture form. Because it enters the bloodstream a lot quicker. The flavor really isn’t too bad. And it’s very easy to take.I have experienced a little bit of an energy boost. But not a lot yet. It may be that my body needs a little bit more of this product in my system. It is a little bit pricey for what you’re getting. I think if this was more in the $25 to $30 range, I’d be more likely to try it again. But it’s really going to be based on how my energy was affected by the time I finish the bottle; whether or not I will purchase another bottle.

Pricey but Very Clean Ingredients
This is only 23 servings, so at maximum, taking only once per day would be 23 days, but the directions say to take it 2 to 3 times a day – so potentially this will only a 7 to 8 day supply for $42!While I can appreciate how simple and clean the ingredients list is, this cost will be prohibitive for many (most?) people to take on a long term daily basis.Directions are simple, you can take it straight or mix 1TB with water or juice and take it with food.I mixed mine in a glass of seltzer with a squeeze of lemon, and the Yerba taste is prominent – which I enjoyed since I like drinking yerba mate tea. This was also sweeter than I expected, but I don’t see anything in the ingredients list that should be sweet…???I am also not fond of knowing exactly how much of certain ingredients are included – telling me it is a “15:1 extract blend”, doesn’t help – when I am already taking Ashwagandha, I want to know exactly how much more this product will be giving me.Since I was only able to take it for 1 week before the bottle was finished, I haven’t noticed any differences as of now, so I really can’t say how well this might work, and unfortunately it is definitely too expensive for me to continue.

This is great!
I’ve never used an energy type of supplement like this before and so wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I can definitely use more energy in the afternoon so decided to give it a try. The label suggests taking one tablespoon 2-3 times per day. It suggests you can mix it in with water or a beverage but I like it straight. It is packed with so many good things for you, without caffeine, which is what most energy boosters have in them. I like that the company is woman owned and 10% of their profits go towards education of girls in Africa. I feel like I can trust these women! This is a quality product that is vegan and one of the healthiest things you could put in your body. I’m sold!

So far, so good, no side effects, good energy
I just drink this supplement straight, it doesn’t taste good, but I think of it as drinking cough syrup so that really isn’t a problem. I am taking once a day, so it should last 3 weeks or so, and at $41 a bottle, it seems unlikely I will continue to take it. That is a lot of money for something whose benefits don’t just jump out at me. There are no adverse effects, and I do have energy throughout the day, although one night I got very little sleep, it didn’t seem to help me feel less tired.

Very Strong
I’m not sure what’s in this that causes me to feel sick/nauseated and a bit dizzy. I’ve taken the 5-hour energy shot/drinks as well as energy drinks on an empty stomach and I never experience these side effects. But whenever I take this, within 5 minutes I feel sick to my stomach. As far as the energy level goes, it’s very moderate when compared to the energy shots/drinks so for me it’s not worth it.

Honestly, this is the first time I’ve tried a liquid supplement like this, but I actually really like it. The ingredients are all well known to be beneficial and the combination seems to be a good one. I definitely noticed an improvement in energy shortly after taking it.One thing I really liked was that it’s a women owned business that puts 10% of their profits into female education. Personally, I’d always be willing to pay a little more for a good product from a company that’s doing some good in the world as well.Aside from that it says “packaged in the USA” which really doesn’t mean a whole lot. I would have really liked to see a 3rd party testing or GMP logo on there, but overall I still think it’s a great product.

I reviewed another supplement from this company, and have similar things to say about this one. I wouldn’t mention the price/let the customer decide the value, but I have a “value for money” in my rate features and there are better priced supplements. You might need to dilute this, so you could stretch it to make the value better. Good ingredients like the other supplement.
