Actually work great
After a stressful week at work I was looking for something that may help me recover. Was worried about feeling a ‘hangover’ from taking a PM supplement because they always seem to throw me off the next morning, but I’ve tried other Onnit products in the past & decided to give them a try anyway. Glad I did – woke up the next day feeling refreshed & ready to go. Honestly, one of the best supplements I’ve ever taken (and I’ve tried many over the years). Even my friend who has a hard time getting up in the morning hopped right out of bed & commented how she could tell a difference (she’s usually very skeptical that anything has an effect).I liked that they had 5HTP & tryptophan. I work in an office, and vitamin D probably helped a lot too. The ingredients seem to be good quality & well portioned. Im sensitive to some supplements, but these didn’t affect my stomach. Only complaint is of course the price. For most people it’s cost prohibitive to take every day. Still, I will probably keep a bottle on hand for times that I feel that I need them. i experienced a calm, centered alertness the next day & the stress that had lingered seemed to dissipate. This is the most impressed I’ve ever been with a product like this. Highly recommend.

I have mitochondrial disease, 2 lesions in the basil ganglia of my brain, lower lumbar scoliosis, nerve damage, tremors, compromised immune and central nervous systems, broken several bones, dislocated my knee 3 times, and received reconstructed knee surgery. Long story short, I am a mess. My body fails me every day, yet my mind is still awake. The mitochondrial disease also effects my body’s natural creation of melatonin. Make matters worse, my tremors from the nerve damage force me to move and twitch, making it impossible to fall asleep, and stay asleep. I normally go 2 or 3 days a week on a couple of hours of sleep, then I finally crash and sleep for long periods of time. I also work nights. Nothing that I have nor tried, has EVER worked for me. My anxiety meds are made to help me sleep, yet they do the opposite. Taking Onnit’s New Mood has been the life saver for my body. I have tried probably 20 vitamins to help correct my issues. None worked. Even taking melatonin itself NEVER works. This product has been helping me fall asleep, relaxing myself to where my tremors don’t effect me as bad and I STAY asleep. Words cannot describe how thankful I am of your company. Knowing I am consuming natural supplements is a true life saver. I refuse to take prescription sleeping meds from my doctor because I do NOT want any more of what I have now. Big pharma is a disease itself. I want to know what I am putting inside my body. I found your product through the Joe Rogan podcasts that I watch nightly. Knowing how well Joe takes care of his own body speaking highly of you guys, made me go on Amazon and try it for myself. I am only 26 years old and probably have more health issues than your grandparents, and it sucks. Every single day I am in pain. Every day I am physically exhausted, yet my body refuses to sleep. Again, thank you to Onnit and especially Joe Rogan for helping me. You guys make every day a little less difficult. I am greatful for you guys…Thank you all.

New mood really does work for me. its been helping me with my anxiety and depression issues way more than i expected. and this is coming from a hard core critic when it comes to anxiety aids… 99% suck and dont work. for over 8 years ive suffered from attacking anxiety and depression & ive used everything from Xanax to Morphine to try and kill that palm sweating, heart racing feeling (those two did do a kickass job but yea…highly addictive and not natural) ive gone through lengths to try and fix the chemical imbalance in this noggin of mine. new mood doesnt stop the anxiety but def helps me relax and step back from the negative thinking alot easier and also without having a drug feeling behind it. the way i use it is the moment i wake up i pop 2 on an empty stomach, then at lunch 2 more followed by 2 before bed both an hr before a meal. after about a 2 or 3 days i can really notice the difference. my dreams are so much fun and vivid. i have deep sleep finally. it does just what rogan says it does….for me at least. ive read the reviews on ppl that take it and dont have any effect of it. im thinking those ppl are just wanting to take something for a problem that doesnt exsit or maybe they just want a hard hitting drug effect like xanax and klonopin. ive also noticed that i can now smoke green finally, so long as im on NM. as before it would make my anxiety worse. one issue i have with this seller is that there not selling the new New Mood with the new added Mgs. the new recipe bottle is not clear, its sold white and am guessing you can only get it directly form onnit.com witch defeasts the purpose of ordering it off amazing anyways,saving 10 to 15 off the price is the reason im shopping for this here. i think the seller should let the buys know.other beef is the 30 count only last a week at the 6 pills a day dose.
