I like that they are more natural and include calcium
I really like these vitamins because of their ingredients and the fact that they have calcium in them. It’s difficult to find a good, more natural women’s daily vitamin that also includes calcium. These don’t have a taste and meet expectations. I am on my second order and intend to keep buying them.

Vegan – priced fairly, great quality!The nice thing about these specifically is that they also include ginger and turmeric, which we have been taking as individual supplements, so at least for my wife (I use a different vitamin), this works great and has reduced the number of supplements she needs to manage. Product so far has been effective and energizing after using for the last month. Recommended product.

Watch for reactions to this vitamin
I was excited to get this organic vitamin and start using it. I liked all the ingredients in them and the good reviews. I was looking for an all in one vitamin rather than taking separate individual pills for each vitamin. I do prefer a vitamin that is just 100% of the DV which was why I was taking individual ones. To find an organic multi vitamin that has only 100% of each vitamin is hard to find. Directions for adults are 2 capsules daily with meals. Order arrived during the day so I took the first capsule after dinner. About 20 min later I started with a itchy, slight bumpy red rash on neck and chest area. Didn’t think much of it but then the next morning after breakfast, taking the next dose the same reaction. I still did not realize it was the vitamin. For the next 3 days the reaction kept getting worse til I realized that the breakout was happening within 30 min of taking this vitamin. After breakfast today I did not take the vitamin and the rash is improving with the help of benadryl and aloe vera lotion. I realize everyone is different just wanted to make people aware if you start with a red rash and itching, watch the timing to ensure it is the vitamin. I don’t know which of the ingredients are causing the rash but there are some vitamins levels in this brand that are beyond 100% of the DV. Going beyond 100% of the DV may be the cause I don’t know. I am really disappointed product did not work for me.

I’ve tried many different multivitamins, but this one seems to work best for me. The ingredients are made from whole foods; doesn’t have soy, eggs, dairy, nuts, preservatives or animal products. It is non GMO and third party tested.
