Perfect home workout bench!
Love this bench! It’s light weight so you can easily move it around but sturdy and secure for work outs. The adjustable feature is perfect and flexible for any angle. A small thing I really like are the foot rollers.

Decent basic bench. The folding ability is the best part.
IMPORTANT NOTE:If the bench is not flat, it’s because you didn’t open the bench correctly.If you can’t line up the “middle pin” safety pin holes. The pin that makes the bench not fold. You can’t line it up because you didn’t open the bench correctly.I had that problem. The bench isn’t defective, it’s just confusing to open it correctly. Try messing with it some more, try folding it up a little and then open it again. And see if you can line up the holes. Once you get it. Stick the pin in. And you’re ready to go.PROS:- It’s compact.- It folds. (the best part about this bench)- It’s very light weight.- It looks nice.- The padding is decently comfortable. It’s got tiny bit of cushion. More than enough.- Once you got all the pins in. It seems fine.- I did a basic test so far. It holds a decent amount of weight with out an issue. I will keep testing it.- I put the bench into a vertical position for storage. It’s standing on the head piece and the base (Basically an X shape) So it’s eating up vertical space. That takes up a little less than 3 feet of space in that position. Which means i don’t have to close and reopen it every time. I can just leave it that way off to the side of the room.- I talked to the seller after i thought the bench was defective. Due to the safety pin holes not lining up. Plus few other issues i found. The seller is quick to respond back to me hours later and they are very nice. Clear communication. So i think you can take the risk to buy their equipment and know they will respond back if you have issues.Cons:- Instructions are simple and basic but not complete. A video demonstration would be better because the safety pin. The pin that keeps the bench from folding is very important. That pin is the hardest to figure out. The holes will not align properly unless you open the bench correctly. So i got stuck there. I couldn’t figure out how to align the holes. I accidentally figured it out.DO NOT USE THE BENCH UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SAFETY PIN (MIDDLE PIN) IN.- I paid $169.98 + $15.09 tax = $185.07 Total.I think it cost me more because i bought it during the pandemic. I think the bench is worth around $120-$130 maybe at most. The real cost of this bench is the folding ability. That’s what you’re really paying for.- The Bench looks quick to put together but it’s not. The pins and holes are a tight fit. So you gotta push it a little hard and make sure the the holes are lined up. Maybe with more practice it will be quicker. If you plan to take it apart and put it back together everyday. It still will be a bit of a pain. But i still appreciate the ability to fold it.- Adjusting the back piece (turning knob) is a slow process. You have to turn it a lot to get it all the way in. So you need to TURN a lot of times to get it 100% in there. Something to think about.- Pieces of metal fall off the bench when adjusting the back piece. I think two pieces of metal are rubbing against each other because i started noticing little pieces of metal or paint on my wood floor.- The bench i received came with a permanent dirty black mark on the base.- Noisy seat when moving it up and down. Might need some WD-40 oil. Hopefully that fixes it.- When the bench is flat, there’s a BIG gap between the back piece and the seat. So when you lay down on it, your butt may end up being on top of the empty gap. Not comfortable but not impossible to overcome. Maybe putting a rolled up towel or yoga block or something similar into the gap will fix it.In Conclusion:If you can get it at a good price. And it comes to you in perfect condition. It’s actually a pretty good bench. I would recommend it for a small space room. Small apartment.I’m around 5’11” and slim (male). The bench size is fine for me. And even better for a woman.The empty gap on the bench is an issue. If i put my head on the head piece, my butt will be on the empty gap. One way i found i can avoid that issue is to lay my head lower on the bench. To avoid the gap.______________WARNING:Maximum weight this bench supports is 660lbs (according to the seller)Your weight + dumbbell(s) total weight = total weight you will use+ (factor in future weight gain and maximum weight you think you will lift in the future)(don’t come close to 660lbs and you’ll be fine)

great workout bench
With all of the gyms closing because of Covid-19, I needed to buy workout equipment for my house. This bench is very sturdy and adjustable and goes well with the adjustable weights I purchased and also for sit to stands and ab work. It was a little more expensive than some but well worth the price in quality and utility. It folds flat and slides under a table and out of the way when not in use. I like it a lot.

Functional, what you should expect to get for the cost.
You get what you pay for, upon initial assembly (only 3 bolts and the two pins that keep it from folding) it works fine.It is relatively lightweight but doesn’t seem to be poorly made, just cheaply.The bench does not sit level on the ground and does have a pretty healthy wobble when there is no weight on it, this does partially go away when you sit on it but not entirely. It is not enough to make the bench feel like it is going to tip over or is unusably unstable.I will update this review if anything ends up being unsatisfactory in the future, but for the most part upon initial use my impression is that this is basically “meh” or “average”. Solidly middle of the road product, worth what you pay.

Still going years later
Wow I forgot to review this – so for the price it’s kind of amazing. I bought this during the covid epidemic when the gyms closed, and used it outside mostly in all weather (but kept it dry). It’s not super sturdy feeling and can rise up a little when you do a bench over about 200 (especially if you arch your back and push) so I can’t go 4 stars – but I seriously thought about it because at this price it’s amazing. So get it for the price and upgrade later if you need is my vote.

i decided on this bench. 6’4 and 255 lbs. was worried about fitting on the bench and ability to hold total weight. I have ordered a rack and am waiting but in the interim my weight plus 125 lbs for an incline press and all seems good. my head peeks above the seat on seated press but is fine as i lower the bench along the incline route to bench press. stable and comfortable. so far so good and am happy with my purchase.

I gotta say this is one of the best benches out there , im 6′ 305 pounds and lift heavy weights, it doesn’t wobble like other benches it comes pre made and very compact folds right up to put in the corner or storage room in your home or apartment, best investment stay home and stay fit !

Banc très facile à assembler ! La limite de poids n’est pas telle qu’annoncée. Elle est de 400 lbs et non 660. L’espace entre le siège et le dossier est trop large, ce qui n’est pas très confortable pour le bas du dos.

Normally, I don’t write review, but this time is special. Before assembling, you better have some tools like WD40 , hammer…etc. Don’t expect those pins fit those holes perfectly. Otherwise, you will be in great troubles, because I am a labor, so I can solve those problems. Maybe this is only my problems, I hope so. According to the price, C$180, it is worth for me, it’s large, stable at lease for now. One important thing is those pins you need to double check Everytime you change positions and be careful, it should be ok.
