I’m glad I finally tried something to help with perimenopause
I like that these supplements are comprised of all natural ingredients that I don’t have to feel bad about taking. These capsules are very easy for me to swallow and I do not mind the herbal flavor I detect when taking them.I’d say it was a week or so after I started taking these that I noticed an improvement in my concentration. I was able to focus on tasks and actually complete them instead of getting distracted or sleepy. That has been the most noticeable effect for me. I also do feel a new calmness about things in life. I don’t feel wound quite so tight and stressed all the time.I am also happy to say that I’ve experienced no noticeable ill effects from taking these. I have been wanting to try something, but felt overwhelmed and nervous. I am glad I took the leap and found something to help with the crazy perimenapause symptoms I’ve developed.My one complaint is cost, but I don’t honestly know what a reasonable price is for this type of supplement. I just know I may not be able to continue taking it at the current price.

No more hot flashes
By far hands down the BEST supplement that I’ve tried so far and I’ve tried a bunch. Helps with my overall mood, cramps and headaches and hot flashes are much less severe as well ! The aftertaste is fennel but I don’t mind that ! This is the only perimenopausal supplement that I will use!

Hot Flashes Be Gone!!
This stuff is AMAZING! Within 3 nights I noticed a difference and started sleeping again at night without any hot flashes at all! I was taking just black cohosh and that worked for a while but then seemed to stop. I now take both black cohosh and Hot Flash and my Hot flashes are gone!!!

I used to love this product from whole foods, but now im not sure what happened it is not as effective, it also has like a licorice or anise flavor as you place it in your tongue to swallow. I dislike it so much. It was never like that. Too expensive for the price. Although the seller did not want to cancel my order, I was skeptical to buy from an unknown seller. I have gotten it from here because of the price.

These Actually Work!
I’m almost 58 and it’s taken me a year to wean myself off of low-dose estrogen. The hot flashes were very frustrating, especially from early evening and through the night. My doctor wanted me to avoid black cohosh because it’s hard on my liver, so I searched for a supplement without that. I am always skeptical when it comes to supplements, but after a month of only taking two capsules at bedtime I’m noticing fewer hot flashes and I’m sleeping better as well. I purchased a second bottle and am recommending these to my friends.

Amazing!!
I have been dealing with hot flashes for over a year now when I had to stop taking HRT due to a blood clot. The hot flashes came on with a vengeance. I have been trying so many different supplements-some worked for a few weeks or month then stopped. I decided to try this. I took 2 pills Monday night and had NO hot flashes that evening or night. This is now Wednesday. The hot flashes that I am getting are so subtle-just a couple seconds of a warm flush then goes right away. I can’t believe how fast this has worked. I will give it a couple weeks. If it continues like this, I will be ordering a bunch of bottles!!
