Whole Food Natural One-a-Day Multivitamin and Mineral Capsules for Women – All-Day Energy, Inner Zen, and Stronger You (120 Capsules)

I went on the search for a multivitamin because I was feeling completely burned out: physically and mentally exhausted, cranky, unmotivated, unable to complete workouts, and feeling mentally slower. On weekends when I didn’t have an alarm set, I was sleeping several hours longer than normal and still waking up tired. I’ve been under chronic stress at work for years now (as a lead software analyst for a hospital electronic health record system), but in December my body dealt with a kidney infection, several antibiotics, and an allergic reaction, followed shortly after by my COVID Vaccine series, and I was feeling extra exhausted. Even a six day staycation from work did not help my stress and energy levels. As background, I drink plenty of water through the day and prioritize whole foods and veggies. My nutrition is dialed in and my workouts involve CrossFit-style functional fitness that includes strength training and metabolic conditioning.I chose this multivitamin after reviewing the Health Beat article “The Best Multivitamins for Athletes and High Performing Executives”: https://thehealthbeat.com/the-best-multivitamins-for-athletes-and-high-performing-executives/. It seemed like an affordable swiss army knife for my concerns. I also liked the lack of fillers.On first opening the bottle it has a very fresh, herby scent that helps wake you up. Maybe it’s the rosemary and basil? The bottle recommends taking two capsules twice a day, so that’s how I’ve been taking it (with breakfast and dinner). They’re a reasonable size, no harder to swallow than an Aleve liquid gelcap.I didn’t expect to notice a difference immediately. However, mere hours after taking the first two pills, I walked into a stressful work experience. I had just clocked in and a colleague from another team jumped on me to say that a change I had implemented was causing issues. His director was also involved and looking at me like I was a criminal. Rather than get defensive or immediately feel stressed and overwhelmed (I hadn’t even gotten to my desk yet!) I started asking questions to troubleshoot the issue. It turns out my changes did not cause the problem, and normally I’d be annoyed that people jumped to conclusions that I’d done something wrong, but I kept on trucking. It was also my day to handle any issues that came in for my team, on top of my growing to do list, and I noticed mid day I wasn’t as frustrated as I normally would be despite constant interruptions.I’ve only taken 5 full days of this multivitamin at the time of this review. I am waking up more rested after fewer hours of sleep. I have more energy during the day, am less irritable, and I’m not completely wiped out when I leave work for the day. I still need an early afternoon coffee, but it doesn’t seem to disrupt my sleep like it used to. Today is Sunday and I woke up on my own after 7 hours of sleep and got out of bed to tackle chores. I feel more like myself and I hope this keeps up.

I Really hope someone reads this and tries this product out
So-i NEVER have written an Amazon review-I figured I would save it for for when something really impressed me-which these vitamins have . Since Covid hit i have gone down the vitamin rabbit hole..looking for something that does what it claims , and it backed up my science/research . These vitamins have gone above and beyond in doing just that ! I didn’t really notice exactly what they were doing as far as energy levels , I knew I definitely felt oddly more energetic and alert but honestly didn’t pair that with vitamins sinceI have been let down so many times ..UNTIL thereWas a day last week where I couldn’t keep my eyes open at work, and took a nap during lunch (work from home life at its best )-it wasn’t until later that night that , that I realized I didn’t take my vitmains-SO-I decided to try this out on purpose. The next two days I took my vitamins as normal ,felt amazing -like always —day 3-skipped them and bam-I felt the same fatigue as earlier in the week , and not as focused . SO to conclude I believe these vitamins do work-and even though they are on the more “expensive “side -as far as vitamins may go-it all goes back to -“you get what you pay for “-which in this case ,is an excellent product . I think if you are looking for something to help with energy ,focus ,general feeling of “healthy”, or if you are battling with “dull skin”(which I didn’t touch on but most def helps with that too)-you should try these out 🙂

Disappointing vitamin product price reasonable
This is the first time I’m really using this product but to be honest with you the taste is off and it’s hard to swallow the pills are a little bit big but other than that it seems to do okay but I may not buy this again for the reason is that I don’t seem to see a difference now I had other vitamins that I paid money for that really works the taste is great when you swallow it and they’re not hard to swallow it all but for some reason maybe the gel wrapped around the capsule is the problem I’m having I don’t know if I would recommend this to anyone I don’t think I’m going to buy this again I may try something else unfortunately I’m not that pleased with it
