Extremely high quality
As an individual with a background in BioChem, and a career in health and wellness, i feel a responsibility to find the highest quality preparation of whatever i supplement with and suggest to others to consider. After an ongoing search spanning 20+ years i have been unable to find higher quality multivitamins than the Wellness Resources brand. Not even an alternative competitor. Thats partially why im leaving this review, this company deserves it.

Not for someone sensitive to pills
These vitamins are fine, but they’re fairly large so for the dose to be 4 a day is rough. They also have a pretty significant smell, which is pretty common for a lot of multi vitamins. Probably will stick with these until I find something a little easier.

Good Prenatal Vitamin
This is a good prenatal vitamin that doesn’t upset my stomach. The ingredients are top notch with the best forms of each vitamin. I chose this brand because I was concerned about the effect of regular prenatal vitamins on a baby with MTHFR. This supplement fills all my requirements. The only drawback is that you have to take so many pills, but that’s a common issue I’ve seen. I just split my dose and take 2 in the morning and 2 at night.

Flu Like Symptoms
I don’t know what I am sensitive to in these vitamins but whenever I took them, I got flu-like symptoms and a very bad headache. I stopped taking them and the symptoms went away.

2 types of inositol listed on label?
I was thrilled to try this supplement and the ingredients looked great to me. Upon receiving the bottle, I noted a mild odor – not unpleasant but noticable. The capsules are normal size but taking 4 per day is quite a lot to ask. Another thing I noticed is that there are 2 “inositol” listed on the label. I’m not quite sure if they’re really different or it’s simply an error. With these observations, I’m a bit hesitant to continue taking this prenatal.

Four large pills
I was excited to try this product as the ingredient list looks great – it seems to be a good list of everything you need to support a healthy pregnancy, and a brand that uses good quality ingredient. However, I didn’t love using this product as the dosage is FOUR large capsules. Additionally, there is a smell to them (and even more so if you get too close to the bottle of them) that is not good if you are feeling at all nauseous. Unfortunately, I tend to be nauseous throughout the first two trimesters, so I don’t think these would be a good choice for me during pregnancy. I can stomach them pre- and post-pregnancy however. I do find that I get a couple of gross burps after taking these, like several other kinds of prenatals. Overall, I would recommend this product if you really wanted good ingredients and don’t think gagging or nausea will be an issue, but I don’t think it’s a fit for everyone.

These prenatals are working good as far as we know!
We just found out we are pregnant and although we were taking another prenatal before this one, we’ve switched over as soon as this arrived.So far she’s doing well! These haven’t really interrupted her progress or anything so it seems like they’re working well!Easy enough to take and full of everything you want while you’re trying and during pregnancy. The only drawback is you have to take 4 a day. That’s quite a few pills for what should be 1 or 2 at most. At first we thought it was an amazing deal, but apparently it’s just a 30 day supply.
