A great addition to your walk/run
I love this vest. I should have went up in weight but the 8lbs is good also. Comfortable while walking/jogging, great quality and durable. The only problem is my phone doesn’t fit in the holder but that’s okay.

The BEST!
This 12-pound weighted vest does wonders! I’ve already lost 5 pounds and love using it for my 30-minute sprints. People have even noticed and asked what I’ve been doing differently all thanks to this vest! Don’t be afraid to start with 12 pounds; it was my first weighted vest, and I’m already thinking about getting the 18-pound one next. I absolutely love it and totally recommend it!

Great for standing exercises, hangs loosely for non-standing activities
Pros: I love that it fits snugly around my torso when standing – works perfectly for standing activities. I also like the phone/earbugs holder (which does detach). I chose the 12lb model, which works very nicely for me.Cons: it initially smelled terrible, which dissipated after spending several days outside. My main complaint is that it hangs loosely when doing non-upright activities (i.e.: mountain climbers, burpees, bending down, etc.). It seems like the design would benefit from an additional strap towards the bottom of the vest.Summary: I’d say it’s worth the $30 I spent for the pros, but the functionality is imperfect & could benefit from adding a 2nd strap .

A great tool to advance your workout!
Took the vest out today and it definitely did its job – went walking for about an hour and was ready to take it off. I didn’t notice any type of smell from it, and it was comfortable to wear. I feel it definitely helped with making my workout more intense as well! The straps were comfortable to adjust and it’s great that it comes with a phone pocket! I think it was definitely worth the buy and I’m looking forward to getting into shape with it!Love the pink color as well.

Good looking, quality well made weight vest, 20 lb is heavier than I thought!
The first one we were sent had the incorrect weight, But when we contacted Amazon it was replaced with the correct one. We ordered the 20 lb weight vest for my son, he’s 6’2 at around 230 lbs. For some reason I expected a 20 lb weight vest to not be very heavy, especially if it’s all distributed throughout the vest.. But this weight vest is super heavy to me! I am a woman who’s 5’7 and not very strong I guess lol, but it’s just pretty dang heavy. He did wear it when he first bought it with a t-shirt, but then he wore it over his hoody. He wears it around the house sometimes & on walks. It didn’t seem to bother his skin too much except he mentioned rubbing on his shoulder bones a bit, like the top of his shoulders where his bone is more pronounced, I guess it might have been a bit irritating rubbing when he moved around.. Maybe that’s why he put the hoodie on under it after that.I will say that I am concerned that you can’t EVER wash it, which makes sense because it’s full of heavy beans or beads or whatevers in there.. But I really wish there was some kind of waterproof/sweat proof cover or sleeve, something that maybe velcroed over it & was washable– Somebody should definitely invent that! Maybe I will try to create something like that, or ask somebody crafy to sew one for me lol..All in all this is a great weight vest, does what it’s supposed to do, all the pieces are there and correct, It does not have a weird smell like some other said, The length and size fit a man that is 6’2 & 230 lbs, It wasn’t too tight or too loose it fit normally it seems, Tho it is a bit awkward to get on the way it’s made to sit on your shoulders, It definitely doesn’t have any extra room or slack to stretch it out or slide it on, It definitely does not stretch lol. It’s packed very full and tightly with the beans or whatever is inside. It is hard to store though, it’s heavy and you can’t put it on a hanger, and it doesn’t really have a place to go, I wish there was also something you could figure out for that, cuz I hate the fact that it’s over there on the chair in the corner because it has nowhere else to go and it’s too heavy to be on anything that hangs.

Great fit, comfy, handles my everyday walk. I bought 16 pounds…i am 214 and losing more weight weekly faster with the vest than without. I love my vest and it is perfect.
