No pull tab and no applicator and supposedly a woman designed this. Very disappointed ☹️
Comes with no tab to open and no applicator 😡 by the time you have to cut it open with scissors, you’ll be aggravated. Then trying to insert without applicator, it’s not staying where it should be!!

Have to use pliers to open
The product is fine but the packaging is hard to open. You have to realize a person ordering this product is older and may have arthritis in their fingers, so to open the foil of the insert is not the easiest. Then what do you do? Grab some tweezers or go find some pliers to hold one side while you try to peel the other side of the foil? Or ask your husband to open your vaginal insert? Kind of a conundrum. I could order the kind with a plastic insert but I was trying to not use plastic. So, maybe you can come up with a better solution. Just an idea. I probably won’t be buying these again because they are only slightly better than others. At least they don’t crumble like some other brands.
