Mini pilates reformer like 😌👍
My new favorite workout! It is so fun to use. It is almost like having a mini manual pilates reformer. The poster included has many great exercises, and even more can be done! If you are familiar with pilates moves, you can use the bar and resistance bands to take your practice to another level. I am super impressed with the quality and packaging of this bar kit. The versatility and functionality are so good. Thw materials are good quality build. I even use the bar to help me stretch post workout. I am in love! All of the parts are here and accounted for. It’s overall great quality. It was very easy to assemble but it also comes with an instruction guide. The resistant bands are very sturdy. In the crypts on the bars are comfortable and they don’t slip. So far I’ve only gotten to use the 30 lb resistance band but it’s sturdy for lack of a better word. The straps are adjustable which is great because I am 5’0″. The door accessory works perfectly. The travel bag is great to keep everything together I have a child that loves to throw things around. Overall this is perfect for a beginner like myself.

Great value for money but too short
Great value for money, everything seems sturdy. However I’m 6’1 and the bands seem to be too short for me to do more than squats with them. No overhead press with those.

I’m very pleased with this Pilates bar set. This is the first set of its kind that I have bought. I have been using the 30lb bands on alternate days with the bar to do Pilates. I’m only 150 cm tall and I have found the resistance adequate for a beginner. So far the bands have lasted and I haven’t had any mishaps. I like the little A3 posters with the exercise options. I’m also following instructional videos by other content creators on YouTube. I bought the set during the Black Friday sale and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Fantastico attrezzo!!!Sono un’insegnante di pilates da qualche anno e cercando nuovi attrezzi per rendere più interessanti le mie lezioni matwork,ho trovato questo favoloso attrezzo.Barra smontabile e quindi si può portate ovunque.3 tipi di resistenza e inoltre puoi accorciare la lunghezza della cinghia da 1 a 5.Adattabile a tutte le persone quindi.Si fanno molti esercizi sia allenanti sia di allungamento.Simula un po’ il lavoro che fa il Reformer.Al momento punteggio altissimo…vediamo dopo qualche utilizzo.
