I didn’t expect this kit to be built so well. The resistance was surprising and the amount of exercises you can do is amazing. Easy to use and well designed. Once again, don’t sleep on the amount of resistance in those bands, it will catch you by surprise.

This pilates bar with resistance bands is perfect! I am not able to go to a gym due to time with kids, work, and school and it makes working out at home fun while challenging! There are different strengths for the bands which gives a good variety to choose from whether you are a beginner like me or someone who works out frequently. They are easy to assemble and change out the different attachments for different workouts and the design of them is super cute! The bands have just the right amount of stretch and resistance to hit those muscles that are bing targeted effectively. I love how compact it can get for easy storage yet it can come together as a full bar for those at home work outs!

Lots of conflicting reviews from PETITE PEOPLE…here’s another one.
Welp, I’m another shorty at 5’2”. There’s people on here who say they’re only 5’ and it works great. The seller says to twist the bar to make it “adjustable”.For me, it’s too long, but not too much. You can twist it like the seller recommends (this is not made to do this as an actual feature), but depending on the exercise this could be uncomfortable and feel uneven. I wish it was more adjustable.The pink is not the pink in the photos, but that’s okay. I actually like the brighter pink that arrived at my doorstep. It is a great bar! It feels like a nice quality and easily snaps together and comes with a carrying bag. You can also add weight if you want. The foot straps seem cheap. The entire black strap in general seems cheap, but for $29 who cares. This works. You will get your money out of it and even if you’re short you can still do stuff with it.Anyone under 5’2” though…I dunno. I think I may be the cut off. I can wrap it around twice, but for someone shorter you wouldn’t want to wrap it anymore. I’m not recommending that.

Received it today, put it together and tried it out. I’m really impressed with the quality, especially for the price. Comes with instructions for assembly and workout instructions.Assembly was a breeze, had it together in about 2 minutes. Tried a few of the workouts and not only did I already feel the burn, but it feels sturdy and comfortable to use.Comes with a very handy storage/to-go bag and multiple bands for different resistance for all experience levels. It can be used to target all different areas of the body as well.I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Seems good for the price but kit is missing an item
Ordered this kit as I need to do some resistance exercises for conditioning. Has a lot of parts for a variety of options. It is quite sturdy and functional.The length of the resistance bands seem to be a bit too much for a person of height 5′ 5″ but maybe I need to adjust it more. I have it at the shortest but it still seems a bit loose to me. Have only tried a few exercises. Maybe I can update once I progress to using it better.Giving it 3 stars for now, as the door anchor is missing and I have received no answer from their support till now. Will update if I hear back after this.

I have just recently started to a bit more of a workout, especially at home. It’s versatile, which I love! It’s got a poster of different ways to do a complete workout. It’s easy to put together, comfortable, and well made. It’s not too heavy and able to travel with it (which I will do more of throughout the summer and just pack it into the suitcase). Definitely recommend it!

Great at home workout kit
I just received this kit and just tried it out and I’m impressed so far. The quality is high and I am already getting a challenging workout. I’m not much of a gym person so this allows me to work my muscles in the same way as many of the gym machines but in the comfort of my own home in front of my TV!

I really like this idea. For the price, you do get a wide array of exercises. I found a lot of videos on Youtube for pilates bar. Especially the door frame option is very handy. I take the door strap and a couple of bands with me while travelling and it works great. The bar exercises are a bit awkward as the bar is long but you get used to it. One thing to watch out for is your height. I am 5’10” and this is maxed out at that height. They clearly state that in the description but just confirming that yes, you will not able to use the higher level bands for standing exercises where full extension is required. They just don’t stretch far enough. But paying $50 for this set was well worth it and I recommend it

I haven’t had a chance to workout with the bar yet but I am impressed with what I have seen so far. All of the materials are well made and the box came with everything in it. The only thing that I would say that would make it better at this moment is if the worksheet was laminated. 4 stars for now but I’m sure that it’ll be a 5 once I try it.
