Wish I had purchased long ago!
I’ve been using a basic, smooth foam roller for years, but it always felt like I was just rolling over the surface of my muscles without actually getting into the knots. The TriggerPoint GRID roller is a completely different experience. The moment I started using it, I could feel the difference. The unique grid pattern with the different textures—like a palm, fingers, and fingertips—really gets into the tight spots on my back, IT band, and calves. It’s like having a deep-tissue massage therapist on demand. Yes, it hurts at first, especially when you hit a particularly stubborn knot, but it’s a “good pain” because you know it’s actually working. What I love most is how durable it is. Unlike my old foam rollers that would compress and lose their shape, this one has a hard, hollow core that holds up perfectly. I’ve been using it daily for months, and it still feels brand new. I also appreciate the 13-inch size. It’s small enough to pack in my gym bag or a suitcase for travel, which is a huge plus for someone who’s always on the go.If you’re serious about your muscle recovery and want to go beyond a basic surface-level roll, this is the foam roller for you. The price is a little higher than some of the others, but given the quality, durability, and effectiveness, it’s an investment I’m so glad I made. Highly recommend

Game-Changer for Back Pain Relief
I use this foam roller specifically for back pain, and it’s been a total game-changer. The multi-density surface really helps target tight muscles and knots without being too harsh, and the size (13”) is perfect for getting into the right spots along my spine and upper back. After just a few minutes of rolling, I feel looser, more mobile, and way less tense. It’s also been great for overall muscle recovery after workouts. The quality is top-notch—it hasn’t lost its shape or firmness, even after months of regular use.If you deal with chronic back pain or muscle tightness, this is absolutely worth adding to your routine. Highly recommend!

This thing is amazing
I’ve had this for a while now. Super sturdy and the foam outside holds up well. The inner cylinder is very hard unlike some other rollers I’ve tried. Perfect and durable.

Rolling With the Punches – and My Quads
The TriggerPoint Grid 1.0 has been a great addition to my recovery routine. Its compact 13″ size makes it easy to store and travel with, while still being long enough to target most muscle groups effectively. The multi-density surface really helps get into tight spots without being overly harsh. It’s great for both warmups and post-workout recovery. The build quality is solid and hasn’t broken down or warped, even with regular use. It’s firm enough to offer real muscle relief but not so hard that it’s painful. My only minor gripe is that the 13″ length can feel a bit short when trying to roll out both legs or your back at once. This is something to consider if you prefer a full-length roller. Still, for most uses, it’s more than sufficient.Overall, this roller strikes a great balance between comfort, portability, and effectiveness. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something durable and performance-focused.

Must have for those with Back Pain Issues!!!
I’ve had one of these rollers for over 10 years, and it became a must-have in my daily routine. Unfortunately, I lost mine during our last move. After a few months without it, my back pain crept back in and reminded me just how much I rely on it.I finally picked up a new one, and after only two days of using it again I feel brand new. The design is perfect—firm enough to really get into tight muscles but not so hard that it’s unbearable. The texture and ridges hit all the right spots, and it works wonders on my back, legs, and shoulders. The durability is outstanding too—my old one lasted a full decade with regular use, and I expect this one will do the same. Honestly, this roller is the best investment I’ve made for my recovery and overall mobility. If you’ve been on the fence about getting one, don’t wait—your body will thank you.

Nice and sturdy and durable! This is pretty firm but that’s a good thing to help roll my muscles.

Ja havia utilizado algumas vezes numa academia, então não tive surpresas: tem a textura rígida o suficiente pra ativar a musculatura, e ao mesmo tempo macia no contato, graças ao excelente acabamento. Recomendo muito.

This is an easy 5 star review review for me.I utterly love this product and would buy another in a heartbeat, should my current roller meet its tragic end saving children from a burning building. Yes, I believe it has the ability to do so. Let’s start with some fundamental questions. Do you have a foam roller from [insert pharmacy here]? Does it have little divots from constant use after, say, a month? Better yet, are you looking for a roller and don’t currently have one? Then have I got a sales pitch borne of personal experience for you.The thing is amazing. I’m on a physiotherapy routine where I have to stretch my quads 4-5 times a day. Since I’m used to it, I’ve now developed a routine where I roll my hip flexors, glutes, calves, and whatever else is sore along with them. I never miss a roll. After a month, my original roller was starting to bend, which made rolling feel slightly uneven. I hated the feeling and was thusly left with three options. 1. Suck it up (not really an option since I’m a bit of a princess) 2. Buy a dense foam roller, which is essentially a thicker version of your average roller, or 3. Buy the long lasting, semi-massaging Trigger Point Roller. I’m glad I went with the Trigger Point. Because of its construction, there’s no way it can bend inward over time. I mean, it’s a thin layer of synthetic material over a hard plastic tube… it just physically can’t.I bought the 13-inch version, which is perfect for me. I can fit it in my gym bag and roll out after a hard workout. At 5’7″, 135lbs, I can easily roll both quads at a time. Basically, it’s large enough to accommodate any muscle that you require and small enough to transport with ease. If you know that you’ll be rolling at home 100% of the time and have both the money and a large enough area to use, I’d recommend getting the 26 inch just because it’s more to love of an already stellar product.Honestly, the fact that it feels like you’re receiving a mild massage is a fringe benefit. Brass tax, this thing is an excellent roller and costs a fraction more what you’ll already be paying for any other product. If you’re looking for a serious roller, then look no further.Small bonus tip – If you find there’s an area (lower back, hip flexors) that is a little hard to get deeply into with a foam roller, I highly recommend buying a lacrosse ball. They are unbelievably great for myofascial release (super cheap, too). For $10 bucks or less, they’re among the best therapy tools I’ve ever owned. STX Lacrosse Balls, White, 2 PackUpdate 11/19/2015: After a few months of use, the roller is showing zero sign of warping, and it’s unlikely it ever will due to the construction materials; whereas, my generic pharmacy roller developed a major divot after only a month of use.Update 02/17/2016: Still using consistently. Still ZERO markings/denting. This thing is awesome.Update 09/02/2016: My physio therapist started stocking this exact model a couple of months back. He now purchases them over your ordinary blue rollers. If that isn’t progress, I don’t know what is.
