They really work!
I live in FL where we often have dramatic/loud thunderstorms and lightening & 2 of my poms in particular are super sensitive and get anxiety/terrified during thunderstorms. They will cling to me and shake/pant. These chews have been a GAME CHANGER. They work so well for my pooches, I give them each 1 chew if I see a storm coming or if it’s already started and it calms them down/helps them to ignore what’s happening outside. They also kick in quickly. I have it on subscribe and save. Highly recommended! Finally something that actually works consistently 🏆!

Works great for anxious dogs!
I tried these on a whim to help my dogs relax at night and help them adjust to their new time zone. They work great for fireworks and loud events such as parties. Also for nail trimming. The chunks do have an odd smell to them but the dogs don’t seem to mind at all. They haven’t caused any gastric issues with my dogs. The bottle lasts a long time if you only have one dog. I have three, so I usually buy one a month.Once the dose is given, my pups are usually out and sleeping within an hour.If you have an older dog that isn’t getting quality sleep at night, I think they might help for that as well. My past elderly pet had become restless at night and these worked for her as well. She had suffered with skin allergies all of her life, so I was happy I found something that helped her rest without making her have an allergy flare up.

It kind of works
I’ve tried multiple products. I think this is so far the best that has worked for my dog. It does calm him, but he’s still a bit anxious during thunderstorms. It at least keeps him from panting and walking back and forth. He’s also more willing to go lay down rather than walk around the house shaking and potentially peeing due to being nervous. Also, this works when you also want your dog to get used to a sleeping schedule. Due to so many failed products, I gave up and resorted to taking my dog upstairs with supervision every time there were thunderstorms. He is allowed to free roam but not upstairs for safety reasons. This caused him to become confused on the rules as I had already trained him not to go upstairs. I gave him this a few nights when he started crying and chewing things randomly at night because he wanted to go upstairs despite no thunderstorms or fireworks. After a few days, this calmed him down and got him back to the schedule and rules. He’s a lot calmer and I don’t give it to him unless there are heavy thunderstorms or fireworks. I’m thankful that this somehow worked. Don’t expect your dog to suddenly be impervious to thunderstorms. I think this does help to calm down some behaviors like panting profusely, shaking, walking around too much, etc.

HUGE improvement for my dog’s anxiety
We have tried so many other natural calming chews, this one is definitely the best. It’s not a magic cure all, but it is a huge improvement, with my pup not as anxious nor does her anxiety episodes last as long. However, we had a bad thunderstorm before dawn, did not know it was in the forecast, and she had full blown episode. She had a dose 12 hours earlier for a storm that came & went quickly, she did well with that one. So the 12 hours between doses, as it states in the directions, is right on the money. I had received small supply from our vet, so once I knew it worked, I bought the 180 count. If you’re feeling uncertain about trying this for your pet, talk to your vet. The photo was taken when she was hiding in the closet dealing with her PTSD, no storms, just scared we might get one. I tried everything to make her comfortable, to no avail. Very happy we discovered this product.

Dog calming treats
Doesn’t seem to work very good on our dog. She’s just a bit fussy when we give it to her. Our dog still doesn’t calm down and still is tearing up her crate blanket.

Great for separation anxiety. My German Shepherd loves them.
I have a German Shepherd with separation anxiety. You would think he would be worried about things like thunder and fireworks, but he is not. He just does not like for me to leave his sight. This is a new issue for him, so I am hoping it is a phase, but it was messing with my sleep because he would howl or moan when it was bedtime. He is only 65 pounds and could take four, but I have tried three and they work just as well. He is chill and relaxed and not drugged. Still alert enough to go inspect things outside with me after he takes it. Easy to use because he thinks he is getting a great treat. So apparently he thinks it tastes good. Now that means I am also getting sleep because I don’t worry about him being sad or crying because he can’t see me.

Not effective
We started giving these to our Goldendoodle a couple days ago. We live in FL and get pretty bad thunderstorms almost every single day. We were really hopeful these would help her. She’s 13 and a rescue and anytime we have a storm she shakes and pants until it’s over. Unfortunately these don’t work on her. We gave her 2 since she’s just under 50 lbs but there was no effect at all. I’m sad I wasted my money on them. We will be contacting her vet this week to discuss stronger alternatives.

This is the 2nd calming chew I have tried for my 2 JRTs. It works better than another brand, though it doesn’t eradicate the anxiety & stress entirely. I doubt anything will entirely take it away, but we definitely notice a significant effect compared to another brand.
