Variety pack is the best so you have all sizes for the duration of your period. I think Tampax works great and has minimal leaks compared to others. I reccomend trying them, they are comfortable and easy to use and the instructions are easy to understand

Honestly, I normally use this brand but they were just too big. I accidentally bought the one that had multiple sizes and they were very uncomfortable.If you need tampons for heavier and lighter situation, by all means, but this is not for me. I do have an I believe that this brand has some of the most comfortable tampons. I’m normally someone that wears pads just because I’m very sensitive, but these ones are great. I just didn’t realize I ordered the super heavy ones LOL.
