Super easy to use.
Came in with a QR code where you scan to get the workouts. You can get a great workout in a very short amount of time and it’s super easy on my joint.

Improving my strength, balance, and flexibility
As a woman in my 60’s, a Pilates bar offers me a low-impact way to improve my strength, balance, and flexibility—all crucial for maintaining mobility and preventing falls as I age. This kit includes the Stretched Fusion Pilates Bar and a pair of nice Pilates Socks. I wish I could have just purchased the Stretched Fusion Pilates Bar only, as I did not need the socks. The 30-day workout challenge and 28-day meal plan is accessed on their website when you sign up for their 30-day trial subscription. After the 30-day trial, you pay a monthly fee for unlimited workout videos I, personally, do not do subscriptions, but can see how it would benefit some people who enjoy online classes, and need the motivation to help stay on track. I have my own set of Pilates cards I use for the exercises at home. This kit did come with an instruction workout guide for 6 floor exercises.The description was a little confusing to me as it stated the bar is iron, which it is not, it is metal. It also states the material as thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or natural/synthetic rubber so not sure which material my bar was made with. The bar is suited for heights 5’2” to 6”1” so my husband was a little disappointed he couldn’t use it as he is 6’3” tall. For now, I will be the only one using this Pilates bar.The bar screwed together easily, and the rubber tension bands feel strong and were easy to adjust. I like having one adjustable rubber tension band on each side versus attaching and detaching multiple resistance bands during my workout. I enjoy traveling, and I wish this bar would have come with a carrying case. In fact, I would have preferred a carrying case over the Pilates socks, but that’s just me. I have worked out the last 3 days for 15 minutes each day. My muscles were a little sore, but not so sore I was unable to work out the next day. In my opinion, the Stretched Fusion Pilates Bar is very adaptable and suitable for people with no prior workout experience or those who are more advanced. It provides gentle resistance and stability, making exercises accessible and safe, whether performed seated or standing.

Portable and Practical
I selected the Stretched Fusion Pilates Bar Kit as a convenient tool to help kick-start my core strength improvement plan. Working from home has its benefits but also made me less active during the day (and it’s starting to show). While the Pilates Bar kit looks simple, this set provides a good foundation for exercise and fitness. I especially like that the set takes up a very small amount of space. The main bar consists of two parts, securely screwed together and is surrounded with a thick, comfortable neoprene covering. The resistance bands are adjustable, and each has a nice, padded segment for feet. The set even includes a nice pair of pilates socks! The Pilates Kit includes a workout guide for targeted areas. In addition, free videos are available using an included QR code. I am actually looking forward to using the Stretched Fusion Pilates Bar Kit to improve and enhance my muscle tone as part of my regular routine.

Sort of a miss
I didn’t really know what to expect from this, so I didn’t expect much, and that was probably a good call. I’m sure this could work for some people, and it’s pretty cool how it’s designed to be adjustable. Plus, it’s lightweight, so it’s quite portable too. But I don’t think it’s that effective because it just doesn’t have that much resistance. At least for me. So I don’t really get much of a workout from it, no matter how much i tighten it. if I were to tighten it anymore, it could possibly break. Not that it’s not durable, but sort of that it’s not durable. Shouldn’t break with normal use for awhile. Another positive is that It’s very comfortable. For components are quite soft. Overall, just a miss for me. Also, it says see the back of the instructions for some information, but the back is blank.

Good for light exercise; bar is a hollow tube.
I like that this is a decent at home pilates work out so that it can add some variety to your workout routine. The bar screws together easily, but it’s hollow so I’m a little wary of the middle snapping where the connection is. The bar is padded so it’s more gentle on your hands. They have a 30 day workout challenge and meal plan which you can access on their website, but you have to sign up for their 30 day trial subscription. If you do, just remember to cancel your subscription if you don’t want to continue!

Would not gift this to anyone
The quality is so poor I would be embarrassed to gift this to anyone. Even using it myself feels cheap.

Advertised as “solid iron pipe”, but it is a hollow metal tube.
This looks to be reasonably well made and perfectly functional for light weight yoga or Pilates exercises. It was advertised as “solid iron”, but is really a thin, hollow tube. I’m a guy who lifts weights so thought the bar would be heavy duty for doing some more serious weightlifting exercises. I will adapt the bar to use with other heavier resistance bands than the bands that came with it.
