Easy to use and durable
These ankle weights are fantastic! They’re easy to use. Easy to slip on and off and fit around my ankles perfectly. The velcro is incredibly user friendly. The individual weights slide in and out with minimal difficulty. And there’s been no leaking of sand and I’ve owned for over a month at this point. They’re super helpful for my physical therapy at home which is why I purchased. They’re a great buy definitely worth the money if you’re looking to do some late to moderate weight activity at home.

Almost perfect ankle weights
These weights were almost perfect for my need. The problem is when all 5 weights are being used, the strap is not long enough to meet when wrapped around my ankle. It would be nice if the strap was longer. If you have small legs, these weights will work fine. I love the fact that the weights are adjustable and come out easily.

Let me tell you …I got the 5lbx2 lavender and the color exactly as pictured the weight not a pound missing lol I completely feel the difference wearing them and I know they are for the able but I feel like they are comfortable and secure enough to use on the wrist too… the strap is really secure didn’t roll around the bags are easy to adjust but not easy to fall out..these are effective. Very easy to adjust and has a decent stretch.. the material of the bags are like a jogging suit then the holder is like a thick stretchy silky cotton texture.. leaks unlikely unless u doing it on purpose

Not for small people! Hard to put on, can not get tight.
These are nice weights, however they do have a couple issues that I am having with them. The measurements say ankles from 7.5 inches. My ankles are 7.5 inches, yet the weights slide around because even with folding the edge over to tighten the velcro more, it is still too loose on my ankle. I am only using 2 packs right now and that may change when I increase the weight and it takes up more space up on it. While walking, they slide around until they are hurting my ankle and I have to stop and turn them. The description says 1 pound per weight. It is not, it is only 15.4 oz per weight but when you weight the whole belt it is 5 lbs. Just saying the packs of sand are not 1 pound each. They are not easy to put on and off for me. Mostly putting on as the velcro is a wide long strap and getting it secured takes a bit. The other issue is that the top of the holder comes up to show the bags. This may or may not be an issue unless the bag gets hit on something that tears it open. Overall they are nice, just not a good fit for such a small person even though they say they are. I do recommend them, just be aware of the facts stated above.

Comfortable and versatile
I love these! Being able to adjust the weight is great. I haven’t tried these on my wrists yet but I’ve tried them for jumping rope and walking/ boxing. The only down side so far is that the straps don’t tighten enough to keep these secure during more intense workouts.Other than that, these are comfortable enough to wear for hours
