Does exactly what it says it does. If you’re in perimenopause like me and starting to have some symptoms, buy this now! It takes about a month to start working and you’ve got to use it religiously, but the reward is worth it. I put it on at night, it’s not heavy or greasy. It’s easy to use, and one bottle has lasted two months with more in the bottle. The value is absolutely worth it.

I’m 4 weeks into using this Silky Peach Cream and these are my thoughts:Before use: The reason I searched out a product like this is mostly because I felt like I had a UTI all the time…every single day for over a year. I went round and round with my doctor because I did have a UTI at first, but then I didn’t, but the symptoms never stopped. I had pain all the time in the urethra and surrounding area; pain in my vagina; the near-constant, urgent feeling of needing to urinate, only to discover I didn’t; along with intense pain when I urinated; pain while doing nothing; and painful sex. Every time I urinated, my entire body would break out in goosebumps, from my feet to the top of my head due to the pain. I was in awful shape. Needless to say, I needed help.I tried a couple of products before this one that didn’t work. They were very messy and gave me no relief at all. I was at the end of my rope when I ran across this product. Initially I thought, “$59 for a tiny tube? No, thanks,” but then I thought I’d better consider it as nothing else was working. The tube is supposed to last two months, so that helps me justify the cost.This product comes in an airless tube that dispenses with a pump. I love the airless pump to keep out any air or germs. Can’t be too careful when using products this close to your vagina.I apply this cream right before I go to bed and I haven’t missed so much as one night. The directions are to dispense two pumps and apply them to your labia minora (that’s the lips that surround the opening to your vagina). I dispense one pump, apply on one side, then dispense another pump and do the other side, then spread it all around making sure I’ve got the minora all the way covered. The first couple of weeks, I felt a warm sensation when I applied it. It didn’t burn or make me itch, it was just warm. Not at all unpleasant. Believe me, I was in so much pain, I was braced for burning, but it didn’t happen. I went to bed and prayed for a miracle that first night. It didn’t come.I did not get any relief until I was a couple of weeks in. Now all my symptoms are gone most of the time. I will still have a day here and there when I have a painful pee or urgent feeling of needing to pee, but it’s better the next day. I’m hoping with continued use, I will have no more bad days. Because I’m not all the way better, that’s the four star rating. I hope to come back to change it to five.The cream has a very, very slight scent, but I don’t think it’s added…I think it’s all the moisturizing ingredients. I’ve experienced no issues due to the scent. The cream is fairly thick, but not difficult to dispense. It’s white. Be sure to have your finger right up by the dispensing hole to make sure the cream doesn’t go everywhere (that happened to me once). I read in the reviews that some women use only one pump, but I always use two as that what the directions specify. I want this to have a real chance to cure me.All in all, I am really liking this cream. It has helped immensely and I am so close to being pain free during all activities, and I mean *all* activities 😉 and mostly free from pain from urination. My urethra is way less inflamed and getting back to normal. I will come back when the bottle is empty and give my final thoughts. For now, I recommend this cream.
