I recommend that you should always check your personal situation because selenium is one of those things that can have adverse effects if you have too much of it.The Gummies ThemselvesWith that said, I like the 200mcg amount that is provided in these supplements. You have to take two gummies to reach the 200mcg, and that’s no problem because they taste really good. The peach flavor is delicious. They’re not overly sweet, and they have a nice texture. They’re not too hard, not too soft, and they don’t get stuck in your teeth. I’m very happy I got them.This is only my second day taking them, so I can’t speak to longterm effects yet, but so far the experience has been positive.Safety NoteI recommend keeping these out of the reach of children. The bottle does have a childsafe press and turn lid, which is good, but it’s still important to store them carefully since too many of these could lead to selenium poisoning. You would need to contact poison control even for yourself if you ate too many by mistake. I’d suggest leaving them in a place that is not going to be too easily reached by children or by people who wouldn’t realize they are a supplement and that they need to limit themselves to two per day.I typically purchase brazil nuts to get my selenium supplementation. A lot of people don’t realize this, but they have a lot of selenium in them, depending on where they are grown, and intake of brazil nuts must also be limited to somewhere around 2-3! I love brazil nuts, but they are quite expensive, so I appreciated the alternative to have a daily treat and get my selenium at the same time:-)

I highly recommend if you are looking to try something new for health resources. I take many other vitamins and different things so I can’t say how these work or not.
