Strong bands
I have purchased some other bands and by far, these are built much better, stronger. It would have been nice to get exercises sheet but I can get it online all day long. Description is perfect, they are small or compact enough to take anywhere. 100% recommend 🤙🏼😎

Functional Resistance Bands with Good Accessories—but Surface feels Sticky
This set includes five long-loop resistance bands with varying resistance levels, plus a useful set of accessories: handles, carabiner clips, and a door anchor. The variety makes them versatile for different exercises, and I tested them on assisted pullups and some basic moves—they worked as expected.My main complaint is the surface texture. These TPE bands have a sticky, tacky feel that I find off-putting. It doesn’t affect their performance, but it’s not a tactile experience I enjoy. If I’d handled them first, I probably would’ve passed

Good set for exercise or physical therapy
This is a great set of resistance bands. They’re well made and you have a full set of bands, each with different tensions. This is great for building up your strength, starting on the low end and working your way up. I actually ordered these to use with my physical therapy exercises. I’ve been getting good results with these and I’m going to keep using them even after my PT is finished. The colors are bright and the band quality seems great. They work very well.

I don’t know why I haven’t used these before.
These seem to be a good value, they are thicker than I expected, but seem to work really well . I’ve just recently seen the value in resistance bands due to the range of exercises you can do, plus when traveling I just through the purple band in my bag and I’m good.

Very useful for at home workouts
I got this to start working out at home when I can’t make it to the gym and it’s been a life saver! The resistances are very good in terms of staggerability. They feel very quality and stretchy which feel good to work out with and come in a convenient bag to store it all in. They feel like they wont break anytime soon which helps me workout with them with no worries I’m overly stretching them. The handles are easy to stick on and overall a big fan of it!
