Nice set of resistance bands
These are high quality resistance bands. It seems like they will be sturdy enough to last a long time. I appreciate the five levels of resistance. They’re well-packaged and come with a mesh bag to keep them in when not in use. Each one is marked with 5 circles, and the number of solid circles indicates the level of resistance, for example 3 solid circles out of 5 is medium resistance. They also come with some instructions for resistance exercises if you’re new to using bands.

Good workout bands
The bands work well. My only wish was the band to be a bit wider. It tends to slip out of place often due to width. Overall, good product.

Great Resistance Traing Bands
I live in a small cabin in the woods, and the interior of the cabin, in areas, it looks like a McGyver set up stations with power cables, weights and now these bands. The bands, needless to say, can be easily put away. Each color coded band provides a separate resistance, and printed on the band is the resistance rating from light to extra heavy. I’ve been using the bands almost exclusively to help with knees concerns, and rotator cuffs. The bands provide a myriad of exercises at a cost effective price. One cannot go wrong with these resistance bands.

Started to wear out after a year
These were excellent, until the medium resistance band developed a hole. It’s the one I most use. Had to stop using because you never know when it’s going to snap on you. I know these were not expensive, but it would be nice if things could last a little longer!

Comes in a black pouch containing two sealed packs of strong rubber resistance bands (5) – Colour coded for strength. Also includes workout sheet with suggestions for exercises. Really impressed with the quality. Should work great for physio rehab.
