1st Time Taking This Product I had A Horrible Nightmare
The 1st and only time I have ever taken this Product I had trouble sleeping well & I even had a Horrible Scary Nightmare , this was the only new Product that I had taken in a Long time , so I was shocked by my Not being able to Have a Restful Sleep & I’m Scared to try to take it a second time. So this isn’t the product for just any body to take , I Don’t know if there’s any way of receiving any kind of Refund , but I’m definitely too Scared to try to Take It A Second Time , I wasn’t going to even do a Review on this Product , but I believe this Effect is definitely something anyone should know happened with me. It was the only new Product That I had Taken Too .

Flavorless but also ineffective
These were relatively easy to swallow, largely flavorless and thankfully didn’t seem to have any negative after-effects (no indigestion, cramps, or light-headedness) but I can’t say they did anything positive either. No decreased feelings of stress, I had a few nights where I found it hard to sleep and they didn’t seem to make any difference there, and I didn’t notice any “calming effects” either. I’m glad these have helped some others, but I’d be wary of something so subjective.

Relaxes you the natural way
I bought this product even though I already had some ashwaghanda because this had other supplements like Tryptophan – you know the old sayings that a glass of milk before bed is good for sleep – milk is high in trytophan and we all know what else is a certain bird we eat on Thanksgiving but I’m not going to eat turkey or drink milk right before sleep. I think this works. I’m writing “I think” because with all supplements, you have to wonder if it’s a placebo effect of you calming yourself by taking the pill but I’ve read studies that said both L-Tryptophan and Aswaghanda work and I like that this is made in the US. The supplement industry is so unregulated that if something is made in the USA, it gives me a little more confidence. The dosage here is multiple pills – that’s my only complaint – I feel like so many of these supplements say X number of pills and don’t tell you exactly that the recommended dosage is 3 pills but as someone who is cheap, I usually only take one pill and get the same effect which makes me wonder…Great made in the USA product with a lot of herbs for relaxation – I sort of wish it didn’t have Vitamin B since so many of my other supplements do but it’s great you get this many supplements for the price!
