Pill is not to big it’s easy to swallow

Ouch
I was having difficulty reliably finding the multivitamin I’d used for years, so these looked to be a good option to try. I’ve used them for well over a year, but I’m going to move on to something else. These are good quality, and do deliver the supplements. My issue is despite my best efforts to hydrate, they irritate my urinary tract. I don’t know if this is an issue for anyone else, but it’s something you cannot ignore. I finally reached the point where I stopped taking them daily, then noticed I’d quit altogether. I most definitely felt different without supplements, so don’t doubt their effectiveness. I donated the rest of my supply to a family member, as I’m simply not compatible with some portion of the formulary.

Good vitamin. Feel well and healthy. Supplies all necessary nutrients. Impressed that it contains Lutein for eyes. Would recommend. Not sure how to tell if a vitamin is effective or not, but I had no drop in health or ill side effects.

Count your vitamins
I just received my vitamins. This is my first time taking them . The bottle felt a little light for the size so I counted the vitamins and only received 26 pills instead of 30 that were listed on the bottle. I have also seen other reviews stating that their bottle was 4 or 5 short on pills which is false advertising.

I am repeat buyer. This is excellent for your skin hair health it’s easy to use. Just take one a day makes you feel better helps with your hair growth and the health your hair. There’s no weird taste. No weird smell. It’s a good value for your money I am very satisfied. I love that It gives me more energy and I can take all my vitamins with one pill instead of several.
