Some things you must try for yourself! The taste gives it 5 stars for me. Too soon to tell about my energy levels etc., all I know is, if it doesn’t taste great I will end up wasting my money. The taste is number one for me, not vitamy tasting at all. It’s much tastier than Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamin which is very expensive and why I never finished the bottle. I hate swallowing capsules therefore this product is a win for me!
