First Pilates equipment great outcome!!
I haven’t used the yoga strap or stretcher though the hairbands great(I got thick wavy hair and I wrap it 4 times). Resistant band loops and strap are great for my exercises I’m not sure exactly how plus size/pregnant people would feel though they definitely do stretch and with each weight resistant label a good warm up could come from this. I am an average size female using this to stay in muscular shape(not hypertrophy/body builder status) because I’m not trying to spend a lot for physical therapy. The socks and wrist band are comfortable and my shoe Size is unisex/men 8.5 and female 10.5(I’m a 5’9 height). I got some exercise routines from the Internet and the Pilates ring is definitely easy to use reasonably durable for activities. Everything fits in the bag as mentioned though the ball would be needed to be deflated if your not trying to use the straw for the lung pump that is provided and not mentioned! Love the color and if you check the shopping options the variety is obvious.

Iwant expecting the best quality for the price but it still didn’t meet my low expectations. It says it comes with a yoga mat and it does not. The massage ball is hard and spiky and more like a weapon or torture device. The pilates ring cannot take much bending or it cracks. I gave it two stars because the sliders, stretching strap, and accessories work.

Viene todo tal cual la imagen, el aro es el unico que no se ve de tan buena calidad. Me gusto mucho la compra que hice, Sin embargo me hubiera gustado recibir un mini instructivo de ejercicios recomendados con cada producto.
