Perfect Pilates Set for Home Workouts!
I really like this Pilates set. It basically has everything you need to get a good workout in at home. It comes with a yoga ball, pump for the ball, three different resistance bands, Pilates ring, weighted bands, a workout guide, and even a storage bag to keep everything together.I love that the bands come in different resistance levels so you can adjust how intense you want your workout to be. The pump works great and makes it super easy to get the ball ready. The workout guide is also beginner-friendly, which I really appreciate. The weighted bands are nice too, you can use them around your wrists or ankles depending on the exercise.The storage bag is a big plus for me because it keeps everything organized and easy to grab when I want to work out. Overall, this set is super convenient, great quality for the price, and perfect for anyone who wants to work out at home. Definitely recommend 10/10
