Pretty, basic, practical set
I found this Pilates set while browsing for something to help me stay active at home. The box looked a bit gift like, so it actually made me smile when I opened it. Everything inside matched in this soft lavender color, the Pilates ring, ball, resistance bands, and the cute socks with the little grip dots on the bottom. It felt like someone put effort into making it look nice. I tried following a short online class with it, and most pieces worked fine. The ring has a good amount of resistance, though the handles could be a bit more cushioned. The small ball inflated easily and held air well, but the resistance band felt a little thinner than I expected. The storage bag is handy for keeping things together, and I like that nothing had wired odd plastic smell when I unpacked it. For light workouts or stretching in the living room, it’s good, just not quite the heavy duty or huge things.
