It’s a nice piece of equipment if you only have a small space to workout in. I do like that some workouts are included on a paper, so it helps new people like myself

Arrived on time.
They arrived when they said they would. So that’s a plus. I have not had a chance to use them yet, but they look like they will do the job. I wore out the last set I had, but it took two years of almost daily use. So from what I can see they will be worth the price of admission.
