I appreciate USA businesses, especially when it comes to supplements. This supplement contains 1000 mg of organic KSM-66 Ashwagandha root extract and 15 mg of organic black pepper.Safety seal: The outer tamper resistant safety seal was securely in place however the inner seal was not securely glued. It’s highly unlikely any tampering could take place but it is a small quality control oversight.It didn’t prevent me from using the supplement but it did affect the rating.

Súper recomendable para cuando necesitas tranquilidad durante el día. Yo me espacio entre pastilla y pastilla aprox 6 horas, porque luego necesito estar relajada más tiempo. Ustedes verán como se adecuan pero a mi me ha funcionado bastante así…me siento más serena y menos pesada mentalmente.

Sinceramente compre estas pastillas por accidente creyendo que eran otras, al final decidi tomarlas por curiosidad con solo 1 de las 2 dosis que recomienda el envase al dia. Las primeras 2 semanas no senti ningun cambio que mereciera la pena mencionar pero ya como a la tercera semana comence a notar que dormia mucho mejor, no me costaba para nada tomar siestas y generalmente comence a sentirme menos estresada. Ahora que tengo aproximadamente 2 meses tomandola, me he dado cuenta que los colicos que sentia despues de tener mis dias han comenzado poco a poco a desaparecer tambien. No es magico, pero realmente ayuda. Como dirian, no era lo que queria pero si lo que esperaba. Las recomiendo!
