Very sturdy, good instructions
I bought this bench to replace a 50 year old bench that was getting a little wobbly. This bench is much better built than my old one. I thought the instructions and packaging made assembly very easy. I would recommend using metric tools instead of the supplied tools. It will make everything go much faster. I did have to widen my grip a bit because of the bar rest placement. The leg roller foam kept slipping off so I put a hose washer on each side. I also had to add some washers to the screw holding up the leg assembly to keep it from scratching my leg.

Again if you are shorter than 5.7 it will be very difícil to handle the Olympic bar with the discs on itFor home it is fine.Once again based on my experience the seat is too narrow or small to exercise the legs.Assembling is not an issue. It comes with tools.I have my doubts to recommend it

I got it for a good deal with my son for Christmas. It works well for the price. Likely wouldn’t be worth it for someone that is beyond beginner stage.

Cheap
Item is very cheap and small meant for very tiny women or children. Wobbles with weight bar on it, leg machine is too low with no clearance, range of motion and legs hang off edge. Very cheaply made, unsafe and not a good workout bench setup at all. Tossed it to the side after trying everything to try and make it work. Waste of money.
