I’ve tried many different kinds of creatine gummies and these are absolutely awful, they have a really bad bubble gum taste with a pasty ,gritty texture which followed with a bad stomach for 4 hours. Bageto brand is much better. I ended up giving these away. Please save your money and buy something you can actually digest
