Great prenatal!
Honestly, I really like the Vanilla Multivitamin Powder. It’s packed with vitamins and minerals, and I love that it includes the full amount of choline which is something most prenatals skip. It also helps that it’s third-party tested and made by women’s health experts, so I feel good about what I’m taking.The vanilla flavor is actually pretty nice, especially in smoothies or oatmeal. If you mix it with just water, it can taste a little chalky, but it’s still manageable. I also like that I don’t have to swallow any huge pills because I always have trouble with that! The smell is a little unpleasant but honestly, the taste and benefits make up for it.

Terrible Taste
I’m really disappointed in this product. Not only does it taste terrible, smell terrible, and leave a bad taste in my mouth… No matter how I mix it into what I’m drinking, there are large granular pieces of vitamin that I either have to taste on my tongue (vomit) or worse, they stay at the bottom or sides of the glass. So am I actually getting all of the vitamins promised? I must be getting something, because the proof is in the toilet bowl… my urine is neon yellow now. I think I might’ve just paid nearly $80 for technicolor pee.

Not too horrible but has some hints of weird flavors and saltiness in it. Turns bright yellow when mixed and right now everything is setting off the queesiness. Another thing is, it barely dissolves. Probably about one scoop full (half the dose) doesn’t actually dissolve and sits it the bottom no matter how much you blend or stir or put in hot/cold temp.For the insane price I find it pretty difficult to take rn. Maybe it’ll work after morning sickness wares off.

Everything you need!
I’ve been taking Needed in my protein shakes for a couple weeks now and I love it! Way easier than swallowing pills. By itself it tastes good but if you mix in something you already drink, it’ll be easy to take and hard to forget :)And even if you’re not pregnant, it’s a great way to nourish your body with the right vitamins and see that glow up with your hair, skin and nails!

Was a hit/miss
I was having really bad morning sickness and could barely eat. I decided to purchase to help with my nutrient intake with smoothies because it had higher amounts than the prenatal pills I was using. The smell is heinous. It does not taste good in fruit smoothies but the flavor blended well with chocolate banana smoothies. It helped! I would buy again for the ingredients in it, not the taste.

Amazing nutrients, terrible taste
Got an A+ from the doctor at my anatomy scan after taking this prenatal for the majority of my pregnancy. Although I think it’s important to note that it tastes absolutely disgusting, word to the wise–the only thing that makes it taste decent is to mix it with strawberry kefir, and I’ve tried everything from chocolate milk to whole milk and even in milkshakes.
