Good everyday multivitamin
I have been taking these for about a month. I am impressed that it does have a well-rounded and large percent of daily vitamins that are needed. It’s definitely high in the B range vitamins, so I suggest taking this after breakfast in order to prevent nausea. This daily vitamin is being toted as a woman’s multivitamin, I’m assuming because of the several Roots and herbs that are included. There’s a 30-day supply of two capsules a day. The capsules are a medium size so they shouldn’t be hard to swallow for most people.

I’m not sure we can see any life changing results from these at this point, but the main thing that my wife likes is that they come in a gel capsule since she absolutely hates the way many vitamins taste and pretty much refuses to take them. We like that they are made in the USA and that they are lab tested. They have a good amount of essential vitamins and minerals and obviously, the most important for women, it has some good additions for females. We also like the immune support and antioxidants for overall health. So far no complaints.I hope we continue to get good results from these Naturalfem Ultra Vita Multivitamins, but I will update my review should we have any trouble with them in the future.Thank you for reading! Doesn’t seem to work!
I have been taking these vitamins for weeks now and I haven’t notice and difference at all. I cannot say the are effective. It has changed anything in my sleep habits or anything otherwise.

NaturalFem’s “Ultra Vita Multivitamin for Women – Balance of Vitamins, Minerals, & Herb Extracts – Womens Vitamins A, C, D, E and Zinc for Energy, Immunity & Female Support – 60 Capsules” is in this category: a small bottle with 60 capsules yields 30 servings of impressive nutrients.The list of supplement facts is long, so I’ll point out just the highlights:Vitamins A, C, D and E ranging from 50% to 167% of DV, already very good.Vitamins, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 with dosages blowing through the roof, at 94% to 1125%. Health institutes in Europe and the USA have reported no dangers in taking high doses of these vitamins; while B12 at 1000% seems high, I regularly see products delivering 10 times that amount, with no known ill effects.Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Chromium and Molybdenum are elements delivered at or above 100%. Nice vitamin content
This has a pretty good list of vitamins though a little low for me in some areas like vitamin A and D. However i get some of them separately so I was ok with it. I wanted something without iron or probiotics and this doesn’t contain either. Its got some female support and antioxidant blend. I’m not sure if having green tea means it has caffeine or not. Overall I think it’s a good way to get some great nutrients into your day. No excessive fillers and made in the US
