Great bench for the price..
For me was easy to build the guide is not super clear but i got skills. The bench feels great is confortable and good quality im glas i took my time choosing one and i think i make a great choice with this bench . I definitely recommend it feels like a gym bench.. good design, not to heavy, good adjustment, and if you know how use a bench lol has great functionality, in my pict I forgot to remove the filling part but that is a plus to filling the gab when is flat.

Good workout bench
Easy to follow instructions from Mikolo. All hardware is labeled and well packaged. Bench feels very sturdy and the moves into position efforlessly. Love that it stands to save space for my home gym.

Good bench but back holes don’t match up
The overall is good but the back holes for the back support didn’t not match up so I had to put it on upside down and even then one still didn’t match up at all.

Instructions are wrong
The bench is pretty good and seems stable enough. Good range for incline and decline. The instructions are just ridiculous at step 2. They want you to use the bolts that attach the seat to attach the rocker arm to the bar. And the actual bolts for attaching the rocker arm are never mentioned in the instructions. This kind of mess up is becoming typical and tiresome.

Length, strength and extras
Solid construction, nice design with some extra touches added over cheaper home gym benches, well worth the extra 50 or 60 dollars.Frame will flex slightly side to side when heavily loaded, thus not sure about the 1200lb rating claim.Haven’t used long enough to know how the imitation leather will wear over time.About the length, I am 6 foot with a long torso, on 60deg incline my head almost rests off the top of the back rest … would not want any shorter than a 35” back rest. The claimed 35” backrest measures only 34.5”.In storage position, not stable standing up on a padded floor, should be ok on a hard surface.Rollers and handle are nice for moving around, just make sure the leg rest is securely latched in.
