so much better than gummies
2ml under my tongue at bedtime and I’m off to dreamland in less than 30 minutes. Virtually no taste, it’s so mild, no aftertaste either. This tincture has replaced magnesium glycinate gummies for me. Since taking magnesium glycinate at bedtime, I have fewer nighttime leg/foot cramps and feel like I get a more rejuvenating sleep. I’ll reorder this in a heartbeat when I need more.

I have my doubts after vitamins stopped carrying my original magnesium glycinate. I tried several other brands after and they just weren’t effective. Would this one? I find my daughter and I get a good nights rest and I wake up feeling rejuvenated and calmer the next day. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10

Great ingredients and great taste
The flavor of this, if you’re worried, is great it’s an orange flavor so you can take it directly from the dropper. You don’t need to add it to anything to dilute. I love that it’s sugar free, gluten free , vegan and not tested on animals and GMP certified, which is important and the ingredients are great. I take it at whatever time of day, but if magnesium and ltheanine makes you sleepy I suggest taking it at night. I only take 1ml which is 250 mg of the magnesium and 50 mg of the rest of the ingredients. It does say to keep a refrigerated after you open it so be aware of that.

I am very impressed with this product. I didn’t have very high expectations and thought this would just be another product that didn’t help. I’ve tried prescription medication to help with sleep and anxiety. Those work really well but they also come with a risk of dependence and a plethora of nasty side effects. I wasn’t willing to continue doing that. Of course, I tried melatonin but it was useless for me. I tried moringa capsules but they didn’t improve my sleep, stress, or anxiety. I tried countless herbal supplements to help me relax. I think that’s what I wanted more than anything. I needed something to just help me relax a little and slow down the raving thoughts. This products does exactly that for… it isn’t like those controlled sleep and anxiety meds that come on really fast and strong until you are so drowsy that you don’t have any other option but to sleep. These drops are much more subtle than that but I can definitely tell a difference. It helps to quiet my mind and relax my tense muscles enough that I’m about to fall asleep on my own. It also doesn’t have a bad taste. It isn’t just delicious but it is very tolerable. I love that it has other ingredients in that compliment it well. I just purchased it for the 3rd time. I very rarely leave reviews… I have to be really surprised with a product to leave a review and this is one of them. Try it! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This is not the magnesium glycinate you’re looking for
One star because it tastes good! But it did nothing, even on multiple tries/larger doses. A different Magnesium Glycinate product gets my kids to sleep consistently in less than 20 min, but this might as well be orange-flavored water.
