High-Quality Bench with Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been really impressed with the Keppi Fitness bench. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful features. The arm and leg extensions are a major plus for me—they make the bench much more versatile and let me do a wider range of workouts without needing extra equipment. The build quality is solid. The leather feels durable and soft, and the stitching is clean and professional—nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. It’s clearly built to last, which is exactly what I wanted for my home gym setup.I did run into a small issue when I first received it, but I contacted Keppi and they handled it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference in my overall experience.I’d definitely recommend this bench to anyone serious about building their fitness space at home. Great value, great performance, and a brand that actually stands behind their product.

KeppiFitness Adjustable Weight Bench With Leg Extension Remains Best Value
Here are the pros and cons of the KeppiFitness Adjustable Weight Bench package.Pros:-1,200 lb. weight capacity-Flat/incline/decline adjustable options-Leg extension/curl has a 300 lb. weight capacity-User can get a full range of motion with leg extension/curl-Leg extension/curl supports 1-inch hole standard plates and Olympic plates-Easy to assemble-Bolts/nuts/washers are all packaged together-Bench comes with wheels-Leg extension/curl attachment can easily be removed-Preacher pad is great for dumbbells and barbells-Preacher pad can easily be removed-No wobbling or squeakingCons:-Adjusting the bench from flat/incline/decline takes time-User won’t get a full range of motion with chain/arm curl attachment-Padding on thighs for leg extensions can be uncomfortable-Bench with leg extension/curl attachment is 77 inches in length-Preacher pad needs to be removed for leg extensions/curls if you’re tall-Bench is 20 inches high, which could be a problem if you’re shortOverall, this package is definitely worth buying. The leg extension/curl attachment is the deal-breaker because of the high weight capacity. Most benches with leg extensions don’t support 300 lbs. or have a high weight capacity for the bench itself. This purchase gives users the most bang for their buck.I am 6-foot-2. I have had no problems using the leg extension/curl attachment. It works great, even though at times the padding on my thighs can be uncomfortable. I moved the lower leg padding down to the lowest setting and the leg curl padding to the highest setting. The bottom padding rests on my ankles, and I use it while barefoot so my feet will never touch the floor. I’ve had no issues with it while using as much as 120 lbs. I can tell that it was built to last.As for adjusting the bench from flat to incline, it can be a pain during a workout. I prefer to keep the knob as tight as possible to ensure safety. Maybe I’m just twisting it too tight. Either way, it’s not a big deal. The padding on the bench is comfortable, and I now have a bench that includes decline for bench presses and crunches.

Great start to home gym
I bought this to start my home gym. I had some dumbbells already but working out on the floor was already limiting me from exercising certain muscles effectively. This bench was priced right and other benches from Keppi had great reviews. This was new but had a higher weight capacity and additional features (preacher curl stand, leg exercises) so that it felt like it could help me expand my workout routine without breaking the bank on dedicated equipment. So did it pay off? This bench has definitely met my expectations. It feels absurdly sturdy for what I use it for and offers a range of different adjustments. It is adequately comfortable ambit most importantly, it doesn’t shift about or feel like it can’t hold the weight. The adjustable pins are great. They screw in for extra safety, but I’ve found that that isn’t necessary for the weight I’m doing and it makes adjustments easy and fast. I like switching between flat/incline/decline positions for dumbbell presses and this bench is perfect for that. Assembly was easy and clear. If Keppi made more equipment, say a power cage, I’d strongly consider buying it after using this.

Heavy duty
Solid bench that is excellent for the value. The hinge on the back rest and angle adjustment are excellent quality. It was very easy to assemble except for the numbers on the bolts. I really like the leg curls and extention.I’m not a fan of the preacher curl set up. I would like to be able to remove the leg curl and extention just to do barbel curls. Also the wheels need to be larger to move it around better, but they are sturdy.Overall this is heavy duty and functional. I recommend and would purchase this again!

Sturdy construction, materials appear quality made, easy to assemble if instructions are followed
I purchased this workout bench because I couldn’t get the good leg workout I wanted with my old bench. I spent lots of time comparing different workout benches and purchased this one for the following reasons:1. The majority of the reviews are positive.2. This bench allows me to do arm and leg strengthening.3. Appeared to be well madeNow that I have it, I picked the right bench. The instructions are easy to follow. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes at most to assemble. There are plenty of pictorials showing how to assemble parts. All tools needed for assembly are included in the box. The soft materials appear to be good quality and metal materials are well made and heavy duty. The bench also has built-in wheels fir easy relocation. Time will tell how the seat and back support soft materials hold up. I’m a hefty guy and when I seat on the bench it feels sold and doesn’t rock like other cheap workout benches. I could have bought a less expensive bench but in my opinion, this bench is worth the money. I would recommend this product to a friend. I purchased this product on a Monday and it was promptly delivered the next day. A big thanks to the Seller for excellent shipping time.

Update: Keppi reached out to me directly and mentioned that future design iterations will address some of the shortfalls of the bench. I am still happy with the bench especially at the sale price. When they make the small geometry updates to the leg extension I think it will be great all around.I am 6’ tall and 165lbs. I have a bit longer legs vs. my torso.Bench itself is sturdy and decent quality. Biggest gripe with the bench itself is the feet constantly sliding off. I ended up screwing self tapping screws into the top of the rubber feet to hold them in place. I also bought some no-slip pads to put on the bottom of each foot to stop it from sliding around so much on my concrete garage floor. The decline is very comfortable for sit ups.The preacher curl is ok, needs proper adjustment to get full ROM.The leg extension could definitely be improved. The geometry of the top and bottom pads is not good if you have longer legs. Both pads would need to be up higher to get full ROM. Also the bottom pad even adjusted to the highest setting means the bottom of my feet brush the floor which is annoying. I can put a plate under the front to get over this but it shouldn’t be necessary. With the top pad in its current position it is impossible to do standing leg curls because you have nothing to brace your quad against properly. The top pad needs more adjustability.Laying hamstring curls work good. I like the bearing instead of cheap bushings as it makes the movement much smoother.Overall the bench isn’t bad but the leg extension attachment (something I specifically purchased this bench for) isn’t great which sucks because it isn’t a quality issue as much as just fixing the geometry for better ergonomics.

Great bench for our home gym. Extremely versatile and easy to use.Came well packed, no damage even though the box had clearly been dropped or mishandles by the delivery crew. Assembly was easy with clear instructions and it included all tools required for the job. Strong and sturdy. Quality materials throughout. My husband is 285lbs and benches 250lbs for his workouts and he feels safe on this bench, no wobbling. We like the extra features of the preacher curl pad and leg extension attachment compared to other manufacturers. Best bench for the price point in our opinion for a home gym.

Good multifunction bench for its price tag. Sturdy enough, the angle adjustments are easy and the three attachments complete it with many training options. It took me some time to figure out the best attachments config for my different trainings. I even use it a way that was not listed in the booklet, combining the leg curl/extension attachment (which I try to keep on the bench because it is longer to remove) with the leg holder kit, for declined sit-up and other declined exercices with having to remove the previous attachment while keeping a natural blended knee position with feet lock tightly. I also found a way to position the preacher curl attachment to do proper back extension. I recommend the extra 2 leg rolls if you don’t want to swap them all the time to their different position. On the down side, design could be review on some parts. First the apparently recently upgraded quick release lock pin should be knuckled for a better grip as right now as soon you screw it a little tight you got no grip on the thin sliding round metal disk. I mean you need to adjust that many time on a single training so upgrade would be essential here. The cheaper plastic screwed handle to remove leg foams and to slide the attachments could be also upgraded, plastic feels cheap and nuts are tough to screw on some. Definitely, integrated hardware could be revised. The chain handle is also not adapted for everyone and the preacher curl attachment is a little tough to adjust with that bar to find the proper for exercices without limiting the motion. I had to completely remove the chain and use a simple S hook instead. I would really like a second attachment insert under the bench on the head side to do even more declined exercices like on the 5000 model. Generally, make sure you got enough space in your home gym as it takes quite of space (at least 8 feet free) with the attachments on it.

Awesome bench for a reasonable price. I was previously using the Fitness Reality 2000 Super Max XL. This Keppi bench is much more stable than the Fitness Reality and seems to have a much more durable cushion covers. The leg extension/leg curl attachment can be adjusted depending on the height of the user. I’m 6 feet tall and keep the leg cushion adjusted to the maximum range. I find that I get a very good range of motion for both leg exercises. The preacher attachment is useful, however I get a better bicep workout using dumbbells or an EZ curl bar instead of the chain attachment. Overall I’m very satisfied so far with this product.

Had a cheap bench at home that I wanted to replace. Did a lot of research and finally bought this bench. I could not find a bench with the same features as this one for close to the same price. Bench is very sturdy. Padding is thick. The back rest and seat adjustments are quick and lock into place. Leg extension and curls are smooth thanks to the bearing design. Incline sit-ups work well.A few things to note:- as other reviewers stated, I wasn’t able to get full range of motion with the preacher curl attachment. The preacher pad works ok for dumbbell preacher curls, but the leg extension bar still partly gets in the way. So instead for dumbbell preacher curls, I set the backrest to 70 degrees, stand behind the bench, then put the back of my arm on the backrest to do curls.- the position of the foam rollers for the leg extension and leg curls are adjustable but they are held in place with friction from a plastic screw-on knob. Even with the knob done up tight, I’ve had the foam rollers slide while doing leg exercises. Hasn’t bothered me too much so I haven’t tried to find a fix for this.- the foam roller pad my leg rests on while doing leg extensions and curls is too low, even in the top position (there are 2 positions). I get around this by putting a pad on top of the foam roller so my knee joint lines up better with the bearing. My bench did come with a bent metal piece. I contacted Keppi and they sent me a replacement part. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the bench and the customer service. I highly recommend it.
