I often read online reviews and wonder if they are really true. I’m just an everyday wife in her mid fifties. I want you to know that this review is for real! The Intimate Rose Kegel Exercise Weights is a wonderful product. The shipping was discrete and quick. The weights are silky smooth and easy to insert. I sometimes need to add a drop of water based lube, because at my age the vagina can be dry at times. I found my starter weight and then began the daily process. Even after removing the weight I will find myself occasionally doing kegels using just the pelvic floor muscles, tightening and then relaxing. I’ve had my weights for less than a week but already look forward to the daily workout. I did research and chose these because they are designed by a physical therapist with a doctorate and training in pelvic floor rehab. The professional knowledge and design behind this weight system was VERY important to me! Also included is a starter’s guide that is clear and easy to understand.Customer service is awesome! I ended up with 2 of the same weights and emailed the included support address. I received a return email quickly and the problem was resolved, even over a weekend!I can’t say enough about the product quality and the customer service that’s provided. If you’ve been debating over ordering kegel weights, don’t put it off any longer! I cant wait for the day when bladder leaks and daily panty liners are a thing of the past. Purchase this set today!

Ignorance to kegels is not bliss, this is my TMI review
I’ll be honest, I am a recently mid-twenties gal, and the idea of doing kegels wasn’t ever something that came across my mind. I only recently considered the severity of incontinence in women, as we age, because of my mother. She struggles to not have to pee every thirty minutes and even then sometimes she struggles to actually go pee, so I started to look at myself and see that I share these same problems. So I looked into kegels, vaginal wall health, and I found myself considering intimate rose products.The product is great. I was able to go to the heaviest one on the first day but some days I can’t even handle the second weight, and if I don’t keep up with it, it’s a noticeable difference in the way that I pee and the way that intimate time feels. I’ll be brash, sex is better and peeing is better for me, and I am now someone who will swear to the legitimacy and importance of kegels. The instructions are very helpful and the box comes with a small tote bag that you can use to bring your weight in if you travel (I assume), which has already come in handy for me. Very easy to clean and very easy to insert and be able to grab if you want (there is a longer string with a small ball on the end to grab).My honest recommendation, if you struggle with these physical themes, such as myself, is to invest the time and money into seeing the benefits of kegels and how to go about them. I learned after a week that I was doing them incorrectly, and it’s easy to misunderstand. Even if you don’t like this product, or feel unsure, try small and go from there.P.S. DO NOT RUSH INSERTION. My fellow ladies, it’s just like real sex, if the smallest doesn’t sit well, consider using some lube.

NO MORE LEAKS!
I am 57 years old and gradually over time I noticed that I tended to leak urine if I sneezed or coughed hard. As time went on it got worse. I would also notice after I finishing urinating that some residual would leak out. I never thought this would happen to me as I am in very good physical condition. I exercise daily and make health a priority. I talked to other women about this issue and most seemed to think it was just part of aging. Others were on medication for it. I did not want to go on medication. I debated about buying this kit for almost a year. I guess I was living in denial that it would get better. I tried doing kegel exercises but could never feel them engaging. After months I did not feel that I had made any progress. So I finally ordered the kit. When it came I still not want to believe that I really needed to do this. I did not use it for a month.After one really bad cold with an equally bad cough I knew I NEEDED to do it. The first time I put the lowest weight in it fell out within a minute. I reinserted it only to have it happen again. I was frustrated and somewhat shocked to realize just how weak my muscles were. I kept using it. vIt took me almost two weeks until I could keep it in for 15 minutes. I found that I did better using it in the evening when I was more relaxed. When I got to the second weight I found it easier. By the time I got to the third weight I would put it in the early evening and would just keep it in until it fell out. Sometimes it would be ten minutes, sometimes it would be two hours.I am happy to report that I am now on the fifth weight and doing wonderfully. NO MORE LEAKS no matter how much I cough, sneeze or laugh. I no longer need to use panty liners. It is a wonderful feeling to have my life back.I WOULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT ’10’ STARS IF I COULD!

I have pelvic organ prolapse and I wish I had found these years ago. They are smooth, easy to use and actually work. After doing exercises and Kegels ad infinitum this finally turned on the lights for me. Still using the first one but I can already tell that NOW I am on a path to recovery. Excellent product!
