Great for anyone looking for at-home pilates equipment
I was super excited to get this pilates set, and I have not been disappointed! I’m a beginner as far as the pilates knowledge goes, but my daughter is teaching me a lot and I’m soaking it all up like a sponge. I have some permanent neck and shoulder issues, and this set is also helping me with at home pt for those issues as the silicone bands are excellent for pt. The bands come in all different thicknesses/strengths and I can start out low and work my way up to the stronger bands. The set comes with two bags, which I found excellent for keeping everything organized. The smaller black bag is great for keeping the bands organized and then you can toss that bag along with everything else (except the ball if you’ve inflated it) into the larger pink sling bag. The socks are comfortable and have great grip to them. I also love the big circle thing for working my shoulders and upper arms. All in all, I am really impressed with this pilates set and would recommend it to anyone looking for at-home equipment.

Pretty Pink and Perfect for Pilates
I love this Pilates essentials kit! The pink color is cheerful and gives my workouts a nice little lift before I even get started. The set has everything I need for my yoga and Pilates sessions; rings, bands, a ball, and even non-slip socks. Everything feels sturdy and well-made, and I like that the materials don’t lose their stretch after a few uses. It’s a nice, complete setup for strengthening and stretching different parts of the body.The carrying bag makes it easy to keep everything together, and it’s light enough to take along if I want to work out somewhere else. It’s great for home practice, and I’ve been using it to add variety to my yoga routine. This set has made it so much easier to stay active and consistent with my workouts.

Perfect set for home workouts
This is a really awesome set. Love the fun colors. The circle bands have good resistance and feel sturdy. The ankle straps also feel really sturdy and the bands that come with have good resistance. Everything else works well. Love the amount of options that come with this and how many exercises you can do. Perfect for home workouts.

Excellent Pilates resistance band/workout set
I know it says Pilates, but this workout kit is far more versatile. It’s like a complete resistance band workout kit. It comes with a thick purple band. It has a band with heart-shaped handles. It has a thinner resistance band set that ranges from ultra-light to ultra-heavy. It includes 3 bungees. It has the Pilates ring, a purple strap and 2 bags for holding the equipment, and the Pilates ring fits into the larger purple bag. This kit is everything I need to get started on a resistance workout. It’s important to note that it does not come with a mat or an air pump for the ball, but I have both already b/c I do yoga.
