Versatile, easy!
With this bench, I can fold in the leg extensions to use it as a step exerciser; slant the back support to do face down bent over rows with my dumbbells, or raise the leg extensions and lie on my back for chest and shoulder work with the dumbbells, and do stomach crunches. Changing the set up is simple with levers at each end of the bench. Loving that I can get a decent work out without having to invest in a full-on stationary weight machine. (I do leg work with a treadmill that I’ve had since 2012.) Set of dumb bells and this bench about half the price of a low-end stationary weight machine.

I love this bench I use it almost everyday and it fits perfectly in my hall closet!! Definitely recommend the quality is very good!
