    Excellent as a relaxant to get your brain and body ready to fall asleep.
    This product is a relaxant to help you fall asleep but it doesn’t keep you asleep if you suffer from insomnia all night long. I’ve been taking this for almost 2 years. I was deficient in magnesium but didn’t know which type of magnesium to take.I had horrible insomnia and desperately needed help to fall asleep. I cannot take melatonin and this product was the only one I could find that didn’t have it in it.I tried this product to tackle my magnesium deficiency and insomnia.Also, I liked that it had L-theanine because I have ADHD and have taken L-theanine in the past, with caffeine, to help calm my brain and focus. However, L-theanine alone is not enough for my ADHD and besides, you take this product at night.Apigenin is a derivative of chamomile which also helps to calm you.After taking this, I feel more relaxed and it also calms my heart palpitations which my cardiologist was happy to hear.This product is not for everyone. I think it may depend on your genetic profile as to whether it may help you or not but for me, it’s been a life-changer.

    Works without morning grogginess!
    I have struggled to get good sleep for as long as I can remember. If it’s been written about how to get a good night’s sleep, I’ve read it! I know all the dos and don’ts of good sleep hygiene, but still, I don’t sleep well. I have tried many different types of sleeping aids over the years with mixed success. This product helped me fall asleep easily, and I didn’t feel tired or groggy the next day. I still wake up frequently, but I think that’s just how my body is made. This product works for me better than most and helped me get good, restful sleep for most of the night without leaving me spacy the next day.

    Great supplement that is a good alternative to Melatonin
    After trying this Magnesium L-Threonate Sleepex supplement for over 3 weeks, I have to say it works as advertised to relax you just enough if taken a full hour before bedtime. Compared to Melatonin, you will not feel drowsy right away and can set your bedtime on your own pace. After some research, there are some people that will get an agitated stomach from Magnesium Threonate, and I did have those symptoms slightly at first, but it went away after 5 days, and the key is to have enough water with the vegetable capsules in the evening and you should be fine. I think this is also a great supplement for those that have restless legs syndrome like me, it will help with that quite a bit while you are trying to get to sleep. Overall, great supplement choice over melatonin with the benefit of blood pressure relief that melatonin does not give you

    I have pretty severe insomnia, mostly trauma related. These helped me get a restful nights sleep and I felt happier throughout the day.

    Sleep quickly, but not for long
    TL;DR- Work to put me to sleep, but I wake up after 3 hours. Unlikely to repurchase because of that.These magnesium supplements work very well to get me to sleep. Usually takes about 15 – 20 minutes before I’m out. It also makes my dreams more vivid. I have not had nightmares, though, as another user reports. Just very clear, vivid dreams that I remember the next day.The size is fine, a little larger than some capsules I’ve had, but nothing terrible. (See photo for size comparison with a US Nickel)Dosage is up to 3. I started with 1, then went to 2, and now try 3. Just the 2 will get me to sleep quickly, but unfortunately no amount helps me stay asleep. I wake up after 3 hours and can’t get back to sleep.I’d consider buying them again, because they work so well to get me to sleep initially, but I’d have to figure out what to add to them to make them work and then that has me wanting to just look for something new altogether.

    DO IT
    This stuff works! I had been having sleep issues for sometime. Tossing and turning and waking up ALOT. Melatonin was not cutting it. I began taking 2 of these and started sleeping like a log! It may take a week or two to work so don’t give up on it right away. I went down to 1 pill at night and it is still working well.
