Great product, very happy
It’s easy to put on, and feels much lighter on than when I took it out of the box. It pulled my shoulders back INSTANTLY which is what I was looking for! I’ve suffered from poor posture since childhood; I hope to retrain my shoulders and back by wearing this every day.The weight is well balanced and comfortable, and the strap easily adjusts to tighten or loosen while I have it on.

I’ve been using the Henkelion weighted vest for workouts, walks, and just general activity around the house and I’m really pleased with how it performs. First thing I noticed was that the weight feels balanced front and back so it doesn’t shift or pull weirdly while I move. It’s made of soft neoprene which helps a lot with comfort especially during longer sessions.The vest comes filled with iron pellets and metal rocks rather than sand which gives it a more solid feel and helps with stability. The adjustable strap keeps it from riding up and prevents slipping which made a big difference when I jogged or did more dynamic movements. There’s a mesh pocket on the back which is handy for storing small essentials or adding a bit more weight if I want to challenge myself more.It isn’t perfect though. For one the shoulder area could use more padding since the weight can dig in if you wear it for extended periods. Also the maximum weight is lower than some more advanced vests so once you get stronger you might want to move up. Some folks mentioned there’s an initial smell out of the box so airing it out helps.Overall this vest hits great balance between comfort, weight, and price. It works well for beginners or people wanting to add a little resistance without going super heavy. If you want something reliable for walking, light cardio, or bodyweight workouts I think this one delivers.

Great Weighted Vest for my Petite Frame
This vest fits comfortably on my petite frame. Easy to put on and take off.This vest works great for my muscle building goals.Starting out with 8lbs and will work my way up💪🏽The mesh pocket on the back doesn’t make much sense to me as it’s not easy to access when I use the vest. 🤷🏽‍♀️Upon receiving, it’s important to hang outdoors if possible and AIR IT OUT. It’s takes a while for the neoprene smell to dissipate so after use I leave it on a hanger outdoors.I’ve started recommending this vest to my close girlfriends. 💞

Chances are I’ll come back and update this review but here’s why I only gave this vest 3 stars…It fits much smaller than the one in the pic and I’m really frustrated with items fitting differently than the pictures indicate. I don’t know if I received a different item than ordered, but it fits just like the posture corrector bought prior to this. Imagine putting it on and having it buckle right above your chest and only come to the bottom of your shoulder blades in the back. That’s the fit!Now, what I love about it… As soon as I buckled it I felt my shoulders pull back and since I’ve noticed issues with my posture lately that’s a beautiful thing!My suggestion, if you have any skeletal issues, bone density, spine, hips, knees, etc I recommend speaking with your doctor before ordering this. I ordered the lightest weight available so I wasn’t expecting it to be as heavy as it is. I have a slight issue with my lower back and as soon as I slipped this on I felt one of my lower vertebrae slip a bit. Not so much that it caused any discomfort but I definitely felt it move, so I decided to limit the amount of time I wear it and gradually increase it. Initially I only wore it around the house while cleaning and taking out the trash. Recently I began wearing it at the beginning of my exercises and intend to increase it to my full workout over time, eventually I’ll start wearing it on walks as well.I’m usually good at updating my reviews so I’ll keep everyone posted. Again, I only wish it fit the way it did in the pics. That would’ve distributed the weight evenly throughout my torso and not made it so top heavy, which would’ve made it more comfortable and not so hard on my lower spine. Right now all the weight across my shoulders and that’s creating the discomfort. I know if the weight were evenly distributed on the upper portion of my body it would be much easier on me physically. This feels as though I’m waking around with a heavy barbell laying across my shoulders.
