Great ankle weights!
Love these weights! Very comfortable to wear and so easy to put on and off. I had the bala bangles but they got dirty easily and were extremely hard to clean.These are more comfortable and much less expensive!

MY FAVORITE!
I had a bad herniated disc last year and was able to work my way out of it by major physical therapy, steroid and injections. My PT had me really focusing on core position and strengthening. It started me down a path of good strong work outs focused on this aspect. I have been wearing these ankle weights for about 9 months ( starting with light weight) almost everyday gym, running errands, around the house, work, etc.. When I walk with them, it allows me to slow down and focus on tight core and my entire body position.These are by far my favorite weights. I have bought in 2bl, 3bl and recently 5lb each.No long velcro strap to meticulously string through a small D-ring.Easy to find end, to grip, open and remove.They are comfortable and do not scratch or blister.Not huge and bulky.*The extra resistance to my workout has greatly improve my gym results on building core, leg and glute muscles. I have stomach muscles I never knew existed. I can’t workout with out it now, feels too easy- plus I feel like a bad *ss. :-)SOO happy to have found these!

Good weights thus far
So far they are working well and holding up – I’ve only used them a few times with a small amount of weight. Easy to change the weight and appears to be well made. The materials have a bit of an odor, but they are stored in a closet, so it’s not a problem. They fit on my very small ankles, with lots of room to be bigger, if necessary.

Has a persistent odor
It is great in many ways (comfortable, adjustable, appearance); however, as others have said, it does have an odor. Even after many weeks of leaving it outside in the sun, it still has odor, but less so than when opened, hoping that eventually it will be minimal but not sure. Gonna keep, but be aware of this issue if important to you.

Son una pasada, se quitan y ponen más rápido ya que no tienen la típica cinta que hay que pasar por un enganche, sino que simplemente pegan sobre si mismos. Por lo demás se ajustan genial. Lo único que no entiendo es porque está orientado a mujeres unos lastres y de este peso (ponen healthy modelo Life y la silueta de una chica)

sono comodissime, riesco a correre e a fare ginnastica con queste senza problemi. Precedentemente avevo delle adidas da 2kg e purtroppo mi dava fastidio la cinghia in plastica, queste invece sono morbide e la caviglia non soffre. Sono un po’ pesantucce e 2,5kg per gamba si fanno sentire, soprattutto durante l’allenamento, ma le gambe poi me le sento molto toniche. Basta farci un po’ l’abitudine 🙂
