Heavy-duty, durable, convenient, exceptional customer service
When I received the bike, the sensor used to track distance and time spent exercising didn’t work. I reached out to customer support, who responded immediately. They gave me the option of either replacing the bike or sending me the necessary parts along with a video tutorial on how to install them. Since I’m comfortable taking things apart and fixing them, I chose the latter. They quickly shipped the parts and sent the video just a few days later.The bike works great now, with no issues.My wife loves the ability to fold it up and store it in the closet when it’s not in use. It’s heavy-duty and feels very durable.

Screws for the handlebar below the seat are difficult to get on and stay on. I’m going to a hardware store to find better screws for it.

Great exercise bike!
Simple to set up; instructions were very clear. The bike is for my Uber driver husband, who wants to get some leg work in after driving all day. So far, the bike is very effective and it also tracks your heart rate. The bike is silent, so you can use it in the morning when everyone is still asleep. The design is very well thought out and it is definitely worth your money!

Perfect bike for my needs
This bike is far better than I anticipated for the price. As a 70 yr woman I had no problem putting it together by myself. I really like the option to change between upright and recumbent riding. It’s perfect for the days I can’t get out and walk or get to the gym. Overall, the bike pedals smoothly and is very quiet. Tension adjustments are adequate for my needs. It’s small but sturdy. I also like how easy it is to fold and move from place to place.
