    Seems to be working
Started taking these prenatals after a suggestion from a friend, and I’ve been taking them for three months now. Seem to be working.6 pills are sometime hard to get down but I manage. On a bright note, I haven’t gotten sick at all this winter so they’re definitely working in one area. Guess time will tell if they help us!Will continue buying.

    PRENATAL
This item features Folate instead of Folic Acid, which is a plus for better absorption. The vitamin blend is impressive, covering a wide range of essential nutrients. However, be prepared for six capsules which might be troublesome for some. The cost is a bit steep in my opinion especially since I have other supplements I take.

    Too many capsules
This seems like a high quality product that provides all of the required vitamins for a well rounded pre natal vitamin. I would definitely recommend taking with a solid meal in your stomach. One day when I had just a cracker before taking this prenatal I felt a bit of stomach upset. The downsides in my opinion are the price point, and the serving size. 6 large capsules per serving. I did experience a bit of difficulty swallowing these larger sized capsules. Also, turns my urine bright yellow.

Expensive but high quality supplement; need more info.
This prenatal supplement seems to be a high quality product that contains a wide variety of beneficial vitamins and minerals. However, the “cons” for this supplement, unfortunately, outweigh the “pros” of the ingredients in my opinion. The cons are:- It is incredibly expensive. I have been buying high quality, name brand prenatals for 2 decades now and have never spent almost $60 for a one-month supply.- I also have never had to take 6 pills at once for a prenatal. I have taken some supplements that really do contain just as many vitamins/minerals/nutrients as these, but the most I’ve ever had to take was 4 pills. Swallowing pills can be difficult when pregnant and nauseated. I feel like it is unreasonable to expect a pregnant woman to take 6 extra pills every day, on top of whatever else she has to take, just to get her multivitamin.- There is very little information on this vitamin. Where is it made? Where are the ingredients sourced from? All I know from the packaging is where the company is based (Sandwich, MA) and that it is gluten-free and diary-free … and even then, it doesn’t list any certifications for those claims. For the price, I would expect this to be non-GMO, made in the USA, organic, list its certifications, etc.For comparison, the name brand and very high quality prenatal I was taking before trying this one costs $12 less than this, only requires 3 pills per day, and is USDA organic, certified non-GMO, kosher, carbon-free, vegetarian, certified NSF gluten-free, etc.I even went on the website for GutPersonal, thinking maybe I would find more information there, but I did not.Due to the cost, the number of daily pills, and the lack of information and transparency, I can not currently give my recommendation for the supplement.

    Potent, Comprehensive Prenatal
GutPersonal’s prenatal vitamin is a solid choice if you’re looking for a comprehensive prenatal supplement. It covers all the essentials like choline, folate, and B12 in their methylated forms which are easier for the body to use. The 6 capsule serving size is a bit much, but you’re getting a potent dose of nutrients. The price is a bit expensive for only a month supply, but if you’re looking for a more comprehensive and complete prenatal, this is worthy of consideration. Just be prepared to get your daily pill-popping workout with those 6 capsules per serving!

    Silmilar to other popular brands
I compared the ingredients and milligrams of vitamins to a popular brand of high quality prenatal, and they are very similar. I appreciate that these contain Folate, compared to Folic acid, as the latter is not the natural form of the important vitamin and not easily absorbed. I have had no issues swallowing these or aftertaste. Be warned, the daily dose is six capsules… but you cannot get all the necessary vitamins in one pill, so this is a good thing! If I was pregnant and sick in the first trimester, I know 6 capsules would be hard to swallow for me, but you just try your best!

6 pills daily?? Good mix of vitamins, though.
I didn’t realize when I ordered these that the serving size was 6 pills daily –that is a lot, and especially if you take other supplements, 6 of these may seem overwhelming. And 65$ is a lot for 1 month. Yet the good part of this is that if you want less, you can take less, whereas if one dose was one pill, that’d be a little tougher. The actual mix of vitamins, and their strength (over 6 pills) isreasonably high, and it is quite a comprehensive blend. If the high monthly cost wasn’t a factor, I’d absolutely recommend these, but due to the price, I’d hesitate. Decide for yourself if the doses in this vitamin are at a level that you feel merits the cost.

    6 per day!
Geez, 6 per day. On one hand, its good to spread out the dosage over the long day, but on the other hand….six per day. I’d much rather have 4 per day, 3 per day, 2 per day, or if I’m really overzealous, 1 per day?In all seriousness, these capsules are good and great for a woman planning to conceive. Is it a lot per day? yes. It is more expensive than others? yes. But still a good option overall.
