Good machine, not too many flaws – see details
Loving this machine. I bought it at the beginning of the quarantine to stay active. It’s been a month of daily use. Still working well. Reviews were very helpful when I chose this machine so here are my thoughts:- Running belt size. I wasn’t sure if the length was long enough. 40 inches is much shorter than commercial gym size treadmills. For fast-paced walking, this treadmill is perfect. When I pick up speed to a brisk jogging pace, it’s still manageable and fine although extra width and length would make it more comfortable. I am 5’4″. My husband who is 5’10” uses this treadmill for 5-10 minutes at a time. He says he has to run with accurate precision to feel like he is not falling off. This treadmill was a purchase for me (and not him! haha). I asked if he wanted to change treadmills and he says it’s fine but I’m sure given a choice he’d prefer something with a longer running belt.- Incline. I wanted a flat surface to walk/run on to minimize bulking up the leg muscles. This machine has zero incline so that was just fine for me.- Clock / Distance / Calories: This machine seems off to me. At my gym, I normally walk at 4.0 miles per hour. I have to walk at 5.2 mph on this machine to feel like it’s the same pace. I also run at 6.0 mph at the gym but feel like I need to run at 10.2 mph to achieve the same pace on this treadmill. Calories is definitely wrong. I know I usually burn more than 150 calories when I walk or run for 60 minutes. But all this is ok to me. I don’t need accurate calorie count or pace. I just need something to keep my body moving. The timer is correct at least! =)- Setup: So easy. I opened the box, lifted the handle bar, plugged in the machine and voila.- Price / value: I paid $399 in May 2020 and I noticed the price has gone up slightly. This machine was a good value to me. Slim, sleek and worth the money.- Handle bar: I don’t really use it at all. It does come with a smart phone holder, but you can only view your phone in the horizontal / landscape position. It’s fine to me since I don’t use it. I do wish it came with a water bottle holder. I end up keeping my water bottle on a nearby desk. I also usually just watch things on my laptop which is also on the desk, so I really don’t use the phone holder at all.- Remote control: If you lose the remote, I’m not sure how you would control the speed. I don’t remember if this treadmill can hook up to bluetooth. I never looked into it. The remote works fine for the most part. There was a day when it wasn’t responding so well and I changed the battery. No issues since.- Maintenance: So far no issues to report. The product comes with a bottle of lubrication. They recommend lubricating the running belt once in a while to make sure it performs as well as it should. Seems easy enough. Just a matter of placing a few drops of oil under the belt and let it run for a bit. Haven’t done it yet so hope it’s that simple.

Perfect for my small home gym
This treadmill is perfect for our small home gym. The track is wide and long enough for my walking style, which is about 3 mph. All I wanted to do is keep my exercise program up during the winter months when I don’t want to go outside. It was easy to set up and I can pick up the back end and move it around if I have to. I’ll probably never fold it up again but that would be easy to do too. Our little gym is small so the fact that it doesn’t make a lot of noise when it’s working, is a plus.

Loud.
If you are looking for a way to do cardio at home this is a decent product. However, I do not like the fact that there is no way to control the volume. It beeps very loudly multiple times when it turns on. Where it is heard on other floors in the house. I hoped to train my dog to walk on it. He is scared of the beeping. In order to turn it on there is a switch on the unit AND on the remote. What if my remote broke, or was lost, eaten by the dog? The handles all screw in. So it cannot be folded down daily to store away in between use like I hoped and thought. If it gets a tiny bit off level like on the concrete covered indoor/outdoor carpet (no padding) basement floor it will make noise while in use walking. I wish I would have known all that and could have looked for one that truly folds down and has no beeping, it’s only been a couple years and the tenth place no longer lights up for keeping track of time/distance, etc.

Very Poor Under Desk Treadmill- Heavy, Loud, And Belt Mis-Aligned Out Of The Box
This is my third under desk treadmill. The previous ones wore out after a while and needed to be replaced. I’m ready to replace the Goplus 2 in 1 Folding Treadmill Superfit Under Desk Electric Treadmill after less than 15 minutes of use.1. The item is HEAVY and not easily maneuvered. If you plan to put it one place and leave it, that may not pose a problem for you. If you want to swap a desk chair and an under desk treadmill, that is not convenient/easy at all.2. The foldable arms are useless if you want to just put the treadmill under a standing desk. Unfortunately, it does not appear that they can be easily removed. They add weight/bulk and are a complete waste for me. I was under the impression that they did not have to be installed.3. The machine is janky. From literally the start of using it, it motor/treadmill makes a weird strained sound, most often when put my left foot down. It also makes a squeak/rubbing sound that definitely does not sound right.4. The belt is not aligned properly. From day one, within minutes of use, I noticed that the belt (which did not seem to come lubricated) has skewed to the left. Given that I noticed it within the first ~5 minutes of use, it likely came that way. I tried to move it to the right with the allan wrench and the two bolts at the rears. That did not seem to do anything. The belt is clearly not centered when looking at it.5. It’s loud. This may not be a problem, per se, but the safety pull mechanism must be attached at the rear of the unit when the handlebars are down. This makes it next to useless at best, and potentially dangerous at worst (a cord dangling next to your feet while walking??), to use. I don’t know if the safety mechanism is even needed in walking mode given the speed cap. . .but my unit would not operate without the safety magnet attached. That makes no sense. It it weren’t so heavy and a pain to move around, I would return it in a heartbeat. I thought I might try to give it away for free but when I just tried to move it so I could put my chair in front of my desk, I cut my thumb on plastic burr on the frame. I give up. This thing is going in the dumpster.I absolutely would not recommend this device.

This machine is sturdy, reasonably quiet and certainly powerful enough to provide a good workout.Delivery was actually ahead of schedule and the unit was packaged well. The foldable frame locks into place firmly and the front wheels readily facilitate moving the machine around. No issues at all after 2 months of steady use. Never thought I could downsize from a 20″ x 55″ belt to this 16″ x 39″ version but the transition was easy and the change in stability between the old and new units was negligible. Please note that the horizontal arms are secured to the frame with bolts and do not fold so a 15″+ clearance height for storage is required when the frame is collapsed if you decide to install them. Unbolting them each time to reduce the clearance height is not practical in my view. All in all, a very solid machine and good value.

It took awhile for this to be delievred but it was quite easy to set up when it arrived. Seems to be strong and sturdy – it is certainly quite heavy! Which is a good thing – and it is quiet and works well; my stainless steel version looks sleek and it has a very low thin profile even when set up.My only complaint is that I bought this so I could shove it under the bed or sofa – daily. What I didn’t understand and perhaps was not fully explained on the website before I bought it, is that when safety handles are attahced you cannot fold it up. So you have to take 5 mintues every time you haul it out and before you put it away to uncrew or screw on the handles, which is kind of annoying. And you really do want to have at least one handle attached while using, IMO, cause accidents or mis-footing does happen and it really is much safer to have something to grab onto.Otherwise, it is a fine piece of equipment so far and is helping me keep active each day as well as control my weight.
