Excellent product!
As a senior, my hair became coarse and it started to thin out especially at the crown. Later my nails started to split. When I started taking this product “GNC Hair, Nail and Skin Advanced” I noticed my nail becoming stronger mending the split, my hair has thickened and is full and my skin is smoother with less wrinkles. My nails becoming healthier was a huge plus by the 1st month! I highly recommend the “advanced” product to anyone experiencing similar issues but check with your doctor before doing so.

Bring back the old formula, the green one!
I have been taking the “old” formula GNC Hair, Skin and Nails and have high praise for it. I had a bad fingernail fungus for eight years from a manicure. Nothing worked. Then I tried the GNC HS&N and it did take several months but it completely cleared up the nail fungus and it has not returned. Those pills were smaller and much easier to swallow. The new formula contains more biotin but it is large and thick and much harder to swallow. I wish I had a choice.
