My picky eater likes them
My 10 year old german shepherd has been on cosequin DS for the last few years, but they don’t seem to be enough anymore. She’s been slowing down a good bit on our walks, and I’m in college so the even stronger supplements are pretty pricey. Plus, it was aggravating making her swallow the capsules or dumping them in her food, which sometimes gets everywhere lol. So I finally found these and the price is amazing, plus I love that they contain MSM. I gave her one to try and after her thorough investigation of this little pebble her mom was offering her(smh), she gobbled it up along with the other 5(she’s 80 lbs so the recommended dose for her size for the first 4-6 weeks is 6 a day, then 3 a day for maintenance. So the largest dose of this will last 3x longer than a small dose of Cosequin DS for the same price! Even better, 100% of the profits go to charities for animal shelters! I will update after about 6 weeks or whenever they seem to start taking effect, but so far so good!😄👍🏽👍🏽**UPDATE** They work great! Her limping decreased and she seems to be more comfortable.

Great product!!! Very pleased!
Have a smaller breed dog, min pin-chihuahua mix, age 9 who has always been super playful and full of energy. Almost seem over night, she began having trouble jumping up on to the couch, did not seem interested in playing , and yelped if even tried to pick her up like she was in pain. Made this purchase and within a week or so, began to notice minor improvements. Continued to consistently give her this medication and is now about 8 weeks later, and can say she seems back to her old, playful, energetic self. Can pick her up now without her yelping. Is nice to have out pet feeling back to her younger acting self. Definitely a great product, but don’t give up can take some time to really begin to see the positive response of the medication.

These really work
I never write reviews, but this product is worth my time to review. We have an 8 year old female labradoodle who weighs about 50 lbs. About 18 months ago she started limping and favoring her right rear leg. The vet said she almost certainly had a ligament tear and recommended surgery. We’ve been through that surgery twice with our last dog and the recovery is not fun. So we had the surgery scheduled out about 2 months because we we had a trip planned that would conflict with our dog’s recovery period (which is 2-3 months). We had been giving her these pills and they didn’t seem yo be doing much. The dose we were giving her was 2 pills per day, so I decided to up the dose to 3 pills per day. Fast forward 2 months and her limping had all but disappeared. She was still favoring the leg slightly, but she was running around our yard, chasing our other dog and showing almost no signs of pain. So we cancelled the surgery. That was 6 months ago. She takes a 3-4 mile walk every day and shows very little sign of pain or discomfort in her leg. Perhaps it was a small tear that healed somewhat. But I attribute this recovery to the pills. A 6 month supply (3 pills per day, 500 pills) is about $50. Surgery: $5,000 and a nasty recovery. Totally worth a try if your dog has joint issues.

Easy to administer to my dogs. A lot of broken tablets at the bottom
The tablets are easy to give to my dogs. I just throw them in with their kibble and they devour them. I am a little disappointed that a bunch of them are broken or just plain powder in the bottom of the container. I can give the dogs two halves, but I am going to wind up throwing away the powder and small pieces. I am guessing 1/4 of them were broken.

My dog hasn’t been taking it that long since it just arrived last week but the fact that he is eating it is wonderful. We haven’t really seen any improvements with his legs but he doesn’t give up and pushes himself to get up to walk. I know this stuff helps because he had been on it for years before I ran out and now the product cannot get shipped to Hawaii. ???But anyway, I’m glad that he is eating it, I crush it up & put it in his morning food (baby food meat) and it crushes up finely so it’s very easy to mix, no lump to smash. I’m hoping after about 4 weeks we’ll be able to see an improvement. If so then I will definitely be ordering more in the future. By the way my little male maltese is 19 years old so having him able to walk around or stand on his own is an “A” in my book. Thanks!

Works well on even younger dogs
I started these two months ago for both my dogs who are still pretty young. I have a 5 yo poodle and a 4 yo terrier mix. I’ll speak about the 4 yo. She has a build similar to a dachshund, long body and low to the ground. I started her early as I want her joints to stay in great health as she ages. Within a few days after starting, I noticed a remarkable difference in her. All of a sudden she was playing with my 5 year old 1-2 times a day like she did when she was a puppy. Also, she jumps on the furniture much more readily and easier than she had in a couple of years. I didn’t realize she was already being affected in her joints, and just thought she was going to be a quiet dog. I am so happy to see this change in her! Just much more active, and she doesn’t take a long time anymore getting ready to jump on the couch, chair and bed. I haven’t noticed a difference in my poodle, but he has a much different build, and is more agile and athletic. I would recommend to everyone to start their dogs on this no matter how young or old they are. It obviously works very well in keeping the joints lubricated.

Good product
My dog tore her ACL but could not get the surgery so I was giving her name brand glucosamine which worked but became too expensive. She’s still on this product for maintenance because of her age and mobility issues. These work just as well as name brand but are a lot smaller. Since my dog won’t take any medicine that’s not hidden in liverwurst I don’t know if they taste good but they do work.
