Great taste and easy to add to daily routine
I really like this collagen powder. It supports radiant skin and gorgeous hair, which is awesome. The taste is pleasant, and it’s so easy to add to my drinks. Plus, it has vitamins and probiotics, making it a good supplement overall. Definitely recommend for a simple beauty boost.

Works for me!
On subscription now because I feel like it’s working. I am in my late 50’s and been using this for almost 2 years now and my skin feels supple just like in my 30’s. Whenever I drink water this is in my water at all times. The Collagen Strawberry gives the water a hint of flavor so not overpowering.

Beauty and Health all in One Scoop
There are quite a few reasons why I love this product. My skin is radiant, my hair gorgeous, and my nails beautiful. It’s convenient to use, non-GMO tested, and certified gluten-free. The added probiotic for digestion is a big plus. I also appreciate that it’s certified Keto and Paleo. The 11g of Collagen Type I & III is perfect for my needs. The cranberry pomegranate flavor is a cherry on top. Beauty never tasted so good.

Something to think about..if strong smells bother you might want to skip this one
Ok so first thing to remember when you but this product. Biotin is water soliable so you need to mix that scoop with 6-8 oz of water then you need at minimum to drink another 8 oz. Or the product will never break down enough to be effective .With that said. The flavor isn’t terrible in fact its pretty light. Cool aid is much stronger but the smell is pretty foul. I just held my breathe and chugged it down. I recommend adding it to smoothies, juices or using some flavored water packages and it should be fine. The product mixes easily and does what it’s supposed to do. If it were not for that smell I would give it 5 stars.I bought this in pomegranate cherry, strawberry lemonade and Apple cinnamon with tumeric

Delicious tasting fruity collagen
I have been using this for months and it is delicious. I use it in my summertime protein drink. It is light and dissolves easily in tepid water. I have noticed my joints feeling better and my hair and nails are growing. There’s many brands to choose from but don’t hesitate with this one…it really tastes great added to oath clear protein for a summery fruity mocktail.

Causes Ongoing Headaches! Buyers Be aware!
I have been using this product for less than a year and loved it in the beginning. Over time I started to develop on going headaches. Headaches that would last for days, no matter what I did to get rid of them. I thought it was caused by something else, but after stopping my consumption of the collagen, the headaches stopped. As soon as I started taking it again, the headaches started back up immediately. I know I have a read of a few others who have reviewed the product as also having headaches from the product. I haven’t been able to figure out which exact ingredient(s) might be the culprit. But I know it is in my best interest to stop using this product and to warn others that there might be something wrong with the ingredients that are causing, not just myself, but others headaches, and Lord only knows what else it could be doing to our bodies. It’s unfortunate, as I have never had any issues with any other Garden of Life products. Just this one. So, I’m going to have seek out a new collagen and hope to not have similar issues as I have had with this one.
