Great addition to exercise and healthy lifestyle!
This is a great buttocks EMS. I like the fact that it has a remote control to make it easier for you to work it. If you don’t naturally have a large derrière, you have to do a bunch of targeted exercises like leg presses, and such. Step Aerobics always works well, but that’s something that you have to do on the daily to build up the muscle beyond squats and all of that. This is a great way to activate the muscles, especially if you’re sitting at a desk job. It is not a magical cure to give you a rounded butt without doing the work, protein intake and muscle strengthening. With that said, it will activate the muscles for all of those things to work better so I highly suggest getting it! Most of the battle is activating the muscles and strengthening it along with your daily protein intake. it is all about a healthy lifestyle and daily diet. this product is a great addition to it all.

Don’t buy this, try another manufacturer
Dangerous. This is not an EMS device, it is closer to a taser. First unit worked, but about every 3rd session it would randomly spike the output from level 3 or 4 to an intensity so strong that I had trouble grabbing the remote or main unit to turn it off; the set level did not visually change when this occurred. I continued using it but this was not a one-off occurrence. It would also occasionally power off completely, well before the 20 minute mark and while the battery still had charge. I returned for a replacement hoping it was just 1 defective unit. The second unit came with a button on the remote not working. Tried it anyway and it does the same thing; both randomly shutting off and more frequently the massive spike in output. Even using only the buttons on the main unit to control the settings with the remote out of the equation, it still malfunctions. Some modes and power settings seem more prone to this malfunction. The output for any single level isn’t consistent; turning it up and back down produces different results even in the same session and mode. In general it provides no real control over the output and couldn’t have possibly been tested. I have 3 other EMS/TENS devices and they all provide expected control over the output. Read the other 1 start reviews, this seems too common. The battery life on both the remote and the main unit are also considerably shorter than other comparable devices. Product should be taken off the market.

Effective and inexpensive
It is an inexpensive way of activating this glutes and all can be done while cleaning the house which I love. I had a pelvis fracture 3 years ago and trying to build back up those muscles and 100% I got a sore tush after using this and starting notice it helping round out that broken side. Grateful! Highly recommend!

Works well, possibly a bit glitchy and I might extend belt for comfort!
This works well! I’ve only been using it for about 3-4 days, but my glutes feel stronger!Pros: decent coverage of buttocks area, love the remote control so I don’t have to look in a mirror to adjust the settings on the actual device, works well with water or conductive gel.Cons: the Velcro belt should and could be a bit longer. It fits, but if my glutes muscles grow and I don’t lose a few lbs., I don’t see how that’s going to fit. I’ll probably sew an extension onto it. It’s weird to waddle around kind of if it’s a bit tight & also awkward/not comfy to sit with it on sometimes…. Everyone’s different though! Just need to ramp up my workouts 😊😊 🏋️‍♀️Lastly, it seems to sometimes glitch a bit and stop working and I have to turn it off and back on again (the pads are right up on my skin so idk how that happens). Also, sometimes it seems to have a minor glitch where it goes to a higher intensity for just a second…. It’s a little startling! Overall 4/5 stars only bc of the minor cons I mentioned.
