Perfect for an even deeper stretch (215 lbs)
I’ve found that I can really dig deeper with these firm foam prongs compared to the traditional round shape. One area this precise, pronged foam roller excels in is along the anterior delt, pec, AC joint, and subclavius… try it by horizontally abducting the desired shoulder to open up your chest as you lay face down with the roller on the front of your shoulder.I weigh 215 pounds and try to push as much weight as possible through the roller when using: the plastic inside feels strong. The purple color is really beautiful, the foam feels smooth and durable, and the structure firm. Not enough to take off a star, but I wish I could have bought one that is 6 inches longer.

Defective, Poor Quality.
Completed cracked down the center of the 3rd time I used it. While rolling out my back, the roller caved in and sent my elbows full force towards the ground. I have bruised elbows because of this thing, I kid you not.I am athletic and have used many foam rollers before. This should not have happened, defective product. Don’t waste your money and save your elbows

Little knobs….big results.
The roller was supposed to be just another tool for relieving pain and discomfort; but those little knobs! At first, it was just to get rid of the tension and pain from the day-to-day and the pain after workouts, but after I left it on the bed and accidentally rolled over on it, that all changed!!Let me just say, that this thing could ring the tension out of the cables on the Mackinac Bridge!And those little knobs! They do the job right.A+++. Would recommend.
