A solid, well built weaght bench.
While this may not be the lowest priced weight bench being sold on Amazon, it is worth it’s price. It is sturdily made, simple to assemble, and easy to fold up and store. The seat hinges at the back, and it’s angle can be changed independent of the back with spring loaded adjustment pins that insert into holes in the support braces. The back likewise adjusts. It’s a solid bench and meets my needs and expectations. I would buy again.

Solid bench for a good price
Really happy with this bench so far. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and feels like it can handle some serious use. The padding is thick enough to be comfortable without feeling soft or unstable, and the whole thing has a heavy-duty feel to it. Sturdy, Comfortable, and Folds Away Fast – Great for Home Workouts!
The FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench has been a great addition to my home workout space. It’s sturdy, well-built, and very easy to set up and adjust. I use it for everything from presses to core work, and it feels secure and comfortable during every movement.The adjustability and folding feature are excellent—I love how quickly it folds up and how little space it takes when stored. The padding is firm and supportive, making longer sessions more comfortable.One small thing to note: there’s a gap between the seat and backrest when it’s set at certain angles. It’s not a dealbreaker at all, but I did end up placing a folded towel in the gap for added comfort during certain exercises like bench presses or flys. That quick fix worked perfectly.Overall, this is a high-quality bench at a great price, and the space-saving design makes it ideal for home use. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to others!

Straight out of the box 5/5
Update: 3/5 starsI’ve used this bench a few times now. Truthfully, I kind of wish I had done a bit more research or just went for it and purchased a better brand. This one will do, but it’s not as sturdy as I would like. It’s not great for all bench exercises such as reverse sit ups. The seat is not fixed in place enough. The bolt provided to set the positions still allows the seat to wiggle if you put any reverse stress on it at all, making that movement in particular almost impossible. Hard to explain, but I hope that makes sense. If I hadn’t already bought this bench, I’d probably look elsewhere.Original review:We’re adding some gym equipment to our garage to make it easier to get a quick workout in. I used this bench for just a minute after assembly to test it out; it seems like decent quality. Super easy to assemble; it comes about 90% pre-assembled. Weighty so hopefully sturdy. The four base feet are adjustable which I find super nifty if you’re on a slightly uneven surface. I like the versatility of the bench; it can be adjusted to a variety of positions depending on the exercise you want to do. Overall, I’d say this is a pretty solid purchase. Only time will tell really. I’ll try to remember to give an update after a few months. Really hoping it lasts.

Great sturdy bench for the money!
I bought the Flybird weight bench as a small home bench to do inclines, declines, and some other dumbbell exercises. I was a little nervous because it was inexpensive – I have had heavy commercial grade benches in the past.First of all, the assembly couldn’t have been easier. 8 screws essentially. Less than 15 minutes to set up. The bench is so light I carried it by myself to the 2nd floor. However, it is amazingly stable and does not wobble or shake when performing exercises. The bench is also wide enough to support a large person. I am 6’3” and 205lbs. The upper bench is big enough that my head is able to rest on the pad.Although I leave the bench fully assembled, it looks like it will easily fold flat with the pull of a pin. If you are looking for an affordable, light-weight but sturdy home bench, this product is for you. It has exceeded my expectations.

Nice bench, Just The Right Size
Nice bench. I wanted something not too large. I am 6 ft tall and weight 275lbs and it supports me and my activities ok. Because it is not very wide on the base, it can tend to get a bit wobbly at times, but manageable. Material and padding on the seat & back is adequate (doubt its real leather). Not the best out there, but adequate for the price. Assembly was straight forward, and adjustability is a snap. I am very pleased with the bench. At this price it’s hard to do any better.
